Did not receive any communication on product ordered Had to call on status and was told it was back ordered I disputed a charge that was made when it was ordered I was informed that it should have been returned as charges are made when the product ships All these policies should have been on the order review process before client makes a purchase Called many times with no answer or went to voicemail sometimes went into a loop Questioning the professionalism of the company Felt it was a scam

Disappointed

I am an experienced Hvac electrician Diagram on top of relays was oriented wrong very misleading Was able to ohm out Bench tested relays before installing and neither worked Very disappointed

I m not sure how this happened but what

I m not sure how this happened but what was shipped to me wasn t what I ordered As a matter of fact the items and the packing slip inside of the box that I received belonged to another company customer I only found this out when I opened the box this past weekend Also it s very weird that I wasn t contacted by Del City because according to the CS rep that I spoke to on Monday she said that there were notes in the system regarding this issue so I guess the customer of the items I received called Del City before I did This was my very first order with Del City and I hate to say it but I m not impressed at all

1 Consistent shipping method issues- for 5 months before being fixed Net 30 account 2 Multiple invoices for a single order 3 You make the customer ask for invoices you don t send and it takes 24-48 hours before they show up as an email

order was placed May 31 and still not received No communication web site to track order has been down several days making it impossible to check on my order Called customer service and was told to call back next week and MAYBE the system wouuld be back up Not aceptable

I am a legitimate business with a resale license and W9 I have been in the solar business for 35 years NABCEP Certified since 2006 and they wouldn t sell me battery busbars I ordered online The accounting person was more than obnoxious saying I wasn t listed with some credit companies I ve always paid up front for everything I ve ever ordered many millions of dollars of equipment

The fuse breaker holders don t match

The fuse breaker holders don t match the breakers and there are no breaker holders made for those breakers and no fuses fit in those holders that were sent Doesn t QC somewhere ever check these at a factory somewhere to see if they are up to code Just manufacture defective items and ship them out anyway is the motto

Part 76815 Eaton Bussman 25515-B-2 15 AMP Circuit Breaker came to me without the nuts for the wire mounting studs Everywhere else I order these from the nuts are provided Called customer support and she said they do not come with the nuts No wonder the price is better than their competition Now I have to order some nuts elsewhere

Crazy three weeks to deliver two small fuses

It took three weeks to deliver two small 5 amp self resetting fuses that fit into a small envelope and with a 9 98 charge for delivery That s unreasonable and I will never order from you again

THEY DON T HONOR BACKORDERS

I ordered 3 items two were sent and one was put on backorder Well they didn t put it on backorder they never intended to ship it I have not received the last item because they don t want to pay the shipping charges So now the other two items cost me more per item because of this deceit BEWARE IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM AND SOMETHING DOESN T COME AND THEY PUT IT ON BACKORDER YOU WILL NOT GET THAT ITEM THEY WILL JUST FORGET ABOUT YOU BEWARE OF THIS BAD COMPANY Not to mention one of the items was wrong too This place was a very bad experience STAY AWAY ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE
