Communication during your recent systems failure was atrocious An order placed on June 9 was not delivered until June 29 A dead website and multiple calls to gave no other answers other than keep trying and when the site comes up we re back Rumors of a security breach also unnerving considering the lack of communications

Product Incompatibility

I ordered a switch panel with switches and the switches do not fit the panel A decent sales team would have inquired if I wanted to use these together as they are incompatible I sent an email to see which one of your toggle switches do indeed fit the panel and never received a reply Most disappointing

I ordered online

I ordered online after a week with no email updates I called and was told all items were in stock and would ship out that day a week later I only had 5 different line items but it was split into two pages and nothing was sent from the second page I called 3 days later and let Del know still waiting for the remaining items two weeks later If the parts weren t such good quality I probably would not order from again

Not what was advertised

The product arrive in a timely manner in good condition and appears to be of solid quality The problem is my order was incomplete The item was described as Quick Cable 5020-001-347U Compression Nut Battery Terminal Straight 2 0 Ga Pos Neg That s two pieces A positive terminal and a negative terminal The quantity I ordered was 2 That means there should be two sets of terminals and each set should contain 1 positive terminal and 1 negative terminal for a total of 4 pieces I only received two pieces and each is exactly the same as the other

good wire odd shipping practice

Ordered thousands of feet in multiple colors of crosslink from delcity On occasion they don t have the right color in stock even though the site says it s in stock Then they ship what they have charge the order minus the backordered and don t inform the customer Then when it s in stock they charge and ship the rest No informing the customer You get a future charge you might miss My own customer s orders don t get fulfilled It s not a great place to order wire but it s halfway decent and I haven t found better small gague This has happened multiple time over the last 6 years
