If it was possible I would give it 0 star They are mostly late or they are really early The time on the app is incorrect If I miss a bus I have to wait 20 minutes minimum for the next bus and end up late for school

Absolute garbage Regularly experienced- several scheduled buses simply not coming with absolutely no prior notice or explanation given You only see that the bus didn t come and that now the display in the app and in the stop says that the next bus will come in another X minutes Then quite often that supposedly next one also doesn t come and so on - buses going in different routes they are supposed to - bus coming in under the coffee break sign so no number displayed parking around 10 meters after the stop and then at one point sneakily changing the display to its number taking those who luckily spotted the trap and leaving the unaware still waiting at the bus stop looking at the incoming buses The only good thing I can say about their service is that it is so garbage that it made me ride the bike to work and back instead

Attention - DeLijn buses may kill passengers

Travelling with DeLijn buses is dangerous for the passengers My daughter has been hit by a heavy overhead panel which was not correctly fit to its place We filed a complaint to the company - they don t even react As I know from others it s not the first case when something detaches and then falls down the people s heads Moreover just a few weeks later when I took a DeLijn bus I also noticed a panel which came loose and was trembling over my head They should do something about it before a serious accident happens but it seems that nobody cares
