DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

Beware that you know that this is an overseas retailer Spain which isn t obvious from their site Although the goods may appear cheaper than other sites after paying customs duty import VAT and Parcelforce clearance fee on top of the postage charge the total cost is far higher than other retailers In my case this was an extra 85 11 on top of the advertised price for a Garmin Egde 1030 which I could have purchased significantly cheaper and with a faster delivery time from a British retailer

Still waiting for my refund

Extremely disappointed No size exchange possible If the shop advertises low prices it is because they make money charging insane prices for delivery 15 and return 25 I would advise anyone who is not entirely sure of they purchase NOT to order from Deporvillage they will end up losing money if the item does not fit

Don t buy at Depor Village especially

If your outside of Spain DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE When I ordered from this website I was happy with paying 12 for postage but then as soon as it arrives in your country they dump another extra 50 customs charge It s a absolute rip off paying 300 for a 220 helmet the company don t do anything to help they are crap

La couleur correspond pas la photo

Don t buy at Depor Village especially in Switzerland 2 reasons - much slower then what expected in their delivery time - additional costs to pay when delivered in Switzerland To conclude the customer service is very bad hard to reach not solution oriented slow to response If you find a huge discount and that you don t have an immediate need for the product go for it

Issues with delivery

The payment was not processed in time which delayed the delivery Although a home delivery was paid the product was left in a pickup point saying that nobody was home which is not true After receiving notifications from Deporvillage and GLS my email got spammed

When I picked up the parcel from the post office it was fully open the packaging was very poor

Service pouvantable

Horrible experience in trying to make a return A transportation company was supposed to pick up the return items and despite multiple promises and contacts with Deporvillage customer service over 2 weeks they have never done it At the end of the day it is Deporvillage responsibility to make sure their suppliers do their job

Different colour than ordered

I ordered 4 pair of shoes on May 14 The delivery was delayed and I received the shoes on June 5 I really wanted the shoes so I was prepared to wait a bit longer When I opened the box 3 pair of shoes were as I ordered but the 4th pair was in a different colour I will not return these because of the hassle but I do wish I had received my originally chosen colour

Late and damaged

The carton was badly damaged and held together with safety tape The boxes in the carton were damaged as well The contents seem ok A week after the first attempt the package was delivered I assume this is bacause it was opened damaged

Delivery date was September 30th It arrived October 5th at a different drop off 30 minutes drive away
