Order not received nor refund

I ordered 2 items total price including delivery 83 59 Status immediately set as prepared I soon received an email saying delivery delayed by a day fair enough That day came and went with no further communication until I enquired via their on line form Reply received still giving the estimated delivery as a day in the past I then received an email saying one of the items is unavailable and I could cancel THAT item and get a refund for that part of the order - with no instruction on how to do that I used their email form to request cancellation of the entire order as the delivery of the one item would now be too late for me and I d had to purchase from another retailer The automatic reply said they can t cancel the order as it is prepared which is clearly a lie and I still haven t been given instructions on how to cancel the part order even if I want to Here we are 8 days after the given delivery date nothing received and they still have my money This is unacceptable and I am still pursuing a full refund

Incomplete Package

Incomplete Package at 14 02 2023 I received the package that had been delayed for almost 2 week But I m very disappointed because the package is missing 2 item that should be included in the package Until now there is no progress regarding the missing item

Wrong size try to exchange

I ordered shoes I chose the size according to the guidelines on their website they turned out to be too small I tried one on and I immediately saw that it was a size too small contacted the seller asked for an exchange for a larger one and the answer was that I had to buy a second pair Total Nonsense the shoes I will send back they have to check if it s in perfect condition I didn t even take a single step in them Therefore I am returning the first pair because I will definitely not buy the second one from them and I will ask for a full refund of the purchase price Absolutely customer non-friendly policy Definitely not recommend to anyone Regards

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever I ordered a watch 900 they didn t deliver me and after 3 months asking them where my order is I still have nothing and lost 900 They are not answering for the last month to any of my last 4 emails asking for a solution Be careful where you spend your money Order N 104694663

Do not buy from this company if you think you may need to return an item They have just refused my walking boots that didn t fit me correctly and I had to pay the postage to send them back I m now out of pocket in post and cost of the boots with boots that don t fit me

DO NOT USE DEPORVILLAGE Shocking customer service late delivery and I mean late added import cost of 50 AFTER order placement Want to return item I ve been informed by AI response I have to pay returns cost and import duty Cannot get a reasonable response from them Website is a total rip off Seriously you can get stuff cheaper elsewhere with less RISK

Horrible service

Horrible service GLS never rang my door just left a note that I wasn t at home Later I found out that somebody got my package even gave his signature to the delivery staff and now I have no clue where is my shoe

UK Import Charges Do not buy if from UK

Ive been a long fan of Deporvillage but will be no more I made 3 orders in the last 6 months and have been stung with 3 bills of 42 for each dekivery for Import Charges Its frankly disgusting On shipping you pay 9 99 for every delivery at checkout and now an additional 42 Its an absolute disgrace You will essentially destroy all future business with the UK and with it a huge market

False advertisement

I bought a Tropicfeel NS60 jacket after checking by email that it had both the underlayer and the vest they said yes They only shipped the vest and refused to send the underlayer and only offered for me to ship back and get a refund This is false advertisement They do sell the underlayer on its own so I don t see how this is impossible Given the comments of other people on how they pretend the returned items are damaged or how they refuse to sign for the returned parcel I am quite reluctant to send it back to them and say goodbye to 160 They of course do not accept bad reviews on their website so the one I wrote simply disappeared although it would be useful for other customers to know that what they advertise as the full jacket is in fact a vest
