SAV nul - Terrible After Sales service

cela fait 2 mois que je cherche faire fonctionner la garantie pour un article d fectueux A chaque fois que je demande un status on me demande des l ments suppl mentaires Bref on me balade Je d conseille vivement ce site Adding comment in English as well I ve been trying to get the warranty to work for a defective item for 2 months Every time I request a status I am asked for additional justification In short no one cares I strongly advise not to buy from this site

Returning policy and refund policy

This is unbelievable experience with Deporvillage First of all they have a warehouse in Spain furthermore when and if you want to exchange or return you must pay your own cost I ve to pay my own money 19 to ship it back to Barcelona Secondly the refund took me nearly 1 month From the date har returned to the ware house in Spain The 10 Jan 2024Why It s stressful to contact with them and asking for my money back to my account Today the 07 Feb 2024This is my first time and also my last time ever to buy anything from them Why don t they put a return label in the box Or even send to customers a DHL SCANNER CODE like many many sellers do The worst thing is Every time I ve contacted they answered the same all the time you must be patient your return has not reached the returning department yet Even if they have received your return since 10 Jan and now 07 Feb Today th07 Feb I ve just received that my refund is in progress unbelievable service BE AWARE WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE Never ever again with Deporvillage

Shoddy service 130 out of pocket continued

I have been trying to get an actual person to read my messages and sort out a problem with a return This seems to be impossible I have tried to make a complaint but there is nobody to complain to I had an answer in response to my review yesterday but no one has contacted me beyond an automated and standard response I am beyond frustrated with this company I have lost 130 00 I would be very wary about dealing with them

A Lesson In Frustration

I have been trying to return 2 pairs of boots since December as the website does not allow order cancellations or have a contact telephone number to answer queries or give advice DHL turned up unannounced on the wrong day but wouldn t take the boxes as the barcode was for a previous date when they never turned up Deporvillage have kept me at arms length by promising help with collections and yet again I waited in yesterday all day for no one to turn up They won t send me a barcode despite my requests which makes me doubt their intentions as I doubt any driver would take parcels without one I offered to arrange returns myself but was told not to Despite many texts and useless replies Deporvillage continue to waste my time I am appalled at their service when all I want to do is return unopened goods and get my money back

There is small print claiming you will have to make a small customs payment Trainers were 170 delivery was 12 and customs charge was 80 Very misleading information Avoid at all costs

DON T ORDER FROM UK I ordered a coat for 230 and paid 13 delivery fee was happy with this as the coat was 300 here in the uk so I was getting some money off HOWEVER i ve since received a letter to inform me that i owe 93 in customs charges which now means I m going to be paying 40 more than what the cost was full price here Please ensure you have taken this into consideration before ordering from here due to this i would never order from this company again as they do not make it clear there will be any extra charges

DO NOT USE IF ORDERING FROM UK

Be VERY careful if you are ordering a product for delivery in the UK They have small terms and conditions at the bottom and you are required to pay the import duties on any item you purchase My jacket cost 199 and I have had to pay 18 in delivery and now being told I have to pay 85 for customs clearance what a joke Almost half the price of my item paid in transport and customs I have tried numerous times to cancel my order but it just keeps getting sent and lands up in customs againabsolutely no-one to speak to other than an email and the person on the other side never actually answers your question

No refund with returned products

The order came 5 days later then the promised delivery date Therefore I had to return a part of my order I still haven t received a refund and the product is returned for one month already On the website they claim a refund within 5-8 business days I have contacted the customer service but they have also not replied

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service I specifically chose to buy from these guys in order to receive my item before i go abroad They notified me that my package wouldn t arrive on time after previously agreeing that it would When i asked to cancel the order they said they can t do it even through it hadn t been posted They have informed me that i will need to return the package for a refund however i will have to pay for postage I asked to escalate this internally and they sent me to the European commission website They wont even handle my request internally Avoid this company Update They have closed my ticket down and no longer responding Don t be fooled by the comment below they have done nothing to support Order 900429570

Hidden Customs Fees and Terrible delivery

Ordered 2 osprey back packs and 2 rucksacks for a backpacking trip and over 2 weeks later still have no information when these will be delivered and whether in time for our trip Also had to pay an extra 113 to release from customs which we were not warned about in advance and not included in prices listed on the website which other retailers do They have no information on when order will be delivered or who has it So had to chase up myself via telephone They give you the number of GLS who is responsible for delivery however this the number of Parcelforce in the UK who have no information or any way to contact to GLS To say disappointed would be an understatement Will most likely have to cancel order and see if can get refund Order number 900427430As of 15 52 14 03 2024 - This is not resolved until refund has been completed including Custom Fees too
