Finisseur sizing issues

Finisseur shirt sizes are very misleading Any other brand l m comfortable in an XL size I ordered an XXL from Finisseur and it s way too small I like their products but this needs to be sorted out as I m fed up returning items

Beware returns costs

Whilst this review inst totally condemning Depor Village as a supplier there are a few things to be aware of When the website states delivery in 48 hours that will be 48 hours from when they actually send the item to the courier it is more likely to be 5 days if in the UK That brings me to the postage cost which whilst expensive brings them pretty much in line with other retailers for the overall cost The issue comes if you need to return the item from the UK as they are in Spain This then makes it a very costly item especially when you have heeded the warning to buy a size larger and the items are still too small

Very difficult to return an item

Very difficult to return an item The first time I tried to return an item it was cancelled by deporvillage after I enquired by email why it hadn t been picked up 3 days after it was supposed to be I was advised by email to take it to a collection point instead I arranged home return collection as i don t live near any collection points The 2nd time I tried the return again the box was collected late and there is still no tracking info on my account Absolute hassle Will not use the site again Update thank you for your reply deporvillage but I have had no correspondence from you whatsoever My return parcel is still in transit somewhere I have the collection paperwork but no refund from you and tracking info still says waiting for return

Very long delay Poor delivery packaging

The service was very bad with numerous delays One part of three was not available so the whole order was delayed several weeks This came via relay when it could easily have come by post The box it was delivered in had collapsed in transit and opened up Fortunately the contents were all there That s about the only good thing to say along with their regular updates I couldn t find any way to communiacte with them

Arrived too late

I made a purchase while I was in France for my ski holidays and I was hoping to receive the item within a week but it arrived in France 17 days later when I left it was estimated to arrive within 3-4 days I understand it wasn t just the fault of the shop but they need to use a more reliable postal service I will not risk buying again

Coat arrived and at a good price but

Coat arrived and at a good price but then received a customs email asking for 44 payment This made the cost more expensive then anywhere else and I could of got it cheaper

little impact in outer shell visible after unpacking not nice but I have already used the part now and will keep it

Here is my experience with Deporvillage I ve ordered one Northface jacket Size L too big I sendt it back to Spain and paid 19 for the shipping to return the07Jan The 10 Jan my Jacket has arrived to the warehouse in Barcelona I ve a received from DHL Showing that my jacket had arrived to the west house Since I have waited until now We have the 02 -Feb 2024 I still don t get my money back yet from Deporvillage After several time tried to get my money back they keep saying please be patient and wait for the return department to approve Then I will get my refund It s since 10-Jan 2024 I find it very strange it s took such a long time I don t know when do I get my money back
