I m writing this review to hopefully clarify a few things and share my experience I don t typically write reviews but thought it might be helpful for people in the same position I was at the start of the week who are in two minds as to whether to place an order I can only say positive things about df64coffee I have no affiliation with them - just a very happy customer I m in the UK and the price of the DF83 V2 was by far the most competitive online I was slightly reluctant to order for two reasons it s a lot of money - and there weren t a load of reviews about df64coffee but after reading what seemed to be legitimate reviews from happy customers and justifying the cost to myself I decided to go for it I ordered on Monday evening and received email confirmation right away On Wednesday I received a DHL tracking number saying delivery would be the following Monday To my great surprise it arrived on Friday so kudos to DHL As for the grinder itself wow I ve had a Eureka Mignon for almost ten years and this is a substantial upgrade The thing you don t realise is just how much bigger the DF83 is It is incredibly sturdy the delivery driver even commented on the weight Given I ve only had the grinder a day I won t comment too much but first impressions are great and my initial espressos are magnificent I really can t fault df64coffee I even emailed them the day after purchase - and they got back to me the following morning They were prompt communicative and packaged everything up very well I would order again from them in a heartbeat

I came here a few days ago and the website wasnt reviewed at all which freaked me out I ordered from them and well it came from Singapore in 6 days Wasnt painful at all really easy actually with an English plug So im here vouching for them Great people great prices
