It s OK to tell the client they made a mistake
Not such great communication with the design team I first delivered a video outside of specs Instead of reminding me of the specs they took the effort to zoom in on my video to make it fit their kiosk spec and added captions It looked awful in the wrong aspect ratio anyone would say so but that s what they sent me to review I saw immediately what I had done wrong but their effort and our total turn-around time would have been reduced if they just said your video doesn t meet our spec I went back to my video guy and we fixed it and your design team has no extra work to do
