Highly Recommend

I was sceptical about any form of advertising however when I was contact by Direct Digital i agreed and booked an appointment for a sales rep to come and visit us I found this put my mind as ease as it was face to face and not cold calling over the phone advise me regarding local advertising for our business I Found the sales representative to be very informative and gave me multiple options to choose from that enabled me to get one that suited my business best Since joining we have seen an increase in local business so it works for us I have only given 4 stars because I wish this company had got in touch sooner Highly recommend this business

After having some issues with Digital

After having some issues with Digital Direct I contacted Angela the customer service manager who emailed me back and explained our particular situation and why we had been having some issues re our advertisement package She was polite and kind and sorted out amicably from both sides I also phoned her and again she was extremely helpful in sorting everything out Thank you Angela I should have contacted her first lesson learnt Jenny

Exemplary service

Working with the account manager pooja was very simple and straight forward as well as cornelius the sales representative Felt very comfortable the whole time and not just a number in there catalog it means a lot to work with the team here at Direct Digital

New customer experience with Direct Digital Customer care

I signed up to a contract with Direct digital and had some initial issues with the outcome of the sales process which I brought to the customer service team attention Some things were not as transparent as they should have been Mr V Sharma stepped in resolved the majority of issues to my satisfaction and took over the management of my adverts overseeing their release to production which went very smoothly Whilst I am still in the early stages of my contract at the moment I am looking forward to the next stages of our work together

Excellent communication

Excellent communication throughout the initial process Brilliant when any changed needed to be made Was only a little disappointed that I had paid for year 1 as a lump sum and then a monthly payment was still taken this is still unresolved and awaiting a refund

Good communication from the team

Good communication from the team however I didn t really see a positive impact from the advertisement They were good to extend my advert when the display was out of order for 12 days Customer service was good however a little pushy about leaving a review which has knocked a star off
