I really appreciate everyone s help from Direct Digital I have recently come out of hospital and I contacted Kim from the Legal Department She handled my account with compassion and was very professional I explained my situation to her and she came to a respectful professional compromise I am extremely grateful for all her help as I was a little apprehensive on making the call I had no need to worry we worked together to reach a resolution

Great customer service dealt with Jamie and Callum Gained a lot of new clients from being introduced to different hotels in the area and building a relationship If you are looking to expand and grow your company this is a great way of doing it

Exceptional service

I have just signed up as a customer and so far everything has been exceptional The introductory meeting was really useful and the person I met with was very easy to get along with and knows his business very well The customer care team who follow things up and the design team have all been helpful friendly and responsive I m looking forward to working with them over the coming year
