I would not recommend this company

This company has the worst costumer service You can t reach them by phone which is a problem if you need acute help Our ferry was rescheduled from 12 45 to 17 30 and they did not write nor call to give us this information The prizes changes after you first buy the ticket All in all a terrible experience Way better to just buy the tickets directly from the ferry companies themselves

Very bad service

Booking nr 8175382Having used 2 days and 2 different visa carts trying to make a reservation bye Ferries to Gotland I finally got my voucher Frustrating not knowing if it is possible at all Trying to contact Direct Ferries bye the use of website link 2 days before departure in the pursuit for an earlier ferry return form Gotland we got answer after the original booking was pasted The answer was an apologies for the late reply and a question Was you able to travel as planned and if there is anything further that you need assistance with please do not hesitate to contact us I think I need not express what I think of this I cannot in any way recommend Direct Ferries

Never buy your tickets here The most expensive prices and worst service ever - even though they say the opposite You will never see your money again if you accidentally choose the wrong dates or want to cancel your trip

NO phone number to contact this Company for help And then it costs 60 to change information on your reservation by chatting or e-mailing online because their website won t allow you to change information through your direct ferry account Absolute horrible service never ever ever booking through this website again Go to the ferry companie s own website instead og using this platform or whatever it is

Awful experience

I bought a two-way ticket from Direct Ferries which I did not receive on e-mail so I was forced to buy new tickets directly at the harbour They did not provide the service I paid for and they refused to pay a full refund due to fees applied Awful experience avoid them

So awful support Tricks you to spend money on handling fees and ect

Ammending fee is crazy Awful system af support when the tickets are bought you are no longer a priority If you amend trough their system which looks nothing like the rest of the site with awful ux it s supposed to cheaper but it will give an error when you pay saying your card saying you bank declined your card but talking with the bank there s nothing to see So it s a trick to make you call and pay 200 euros for them to change it for you Should be illegal I can NOT recomend this company to anyone

A horrible experience This company is totally unreliable and impossible to contact Once they have your money they write you off They never respond to mails and have no phone number Go directly to the companies providing the ferries I will rather swim than use the useless company again Stay away

This Company does not understand

This Company does not understand Company Service I had a problem with my booking and despite receiving a reference number there was no response When checking again the reference number was closed As recommended tried changing my booking online but the timetables were not up to date and again there was no reply when contacting customer service Querying this again told reference was closed I gave up and lost my money re Ticket numbers 1317985 1326570 1334511 running from 27th October to 11th November My recommendation Book directly with the Ferry Companies and do not use Direct Ferries
