Don t ever use this company if you don t want to harm your credit rating We have excellent credit credit rating and yet have been refused with credit by these people for no disclosed reason What s worth - be aware they claim they are running hard check normally for mortgage They will approve bigger loan but refuse smaller one and will harm your creditworthiness Don t use

I want my money back Terrible customer service I bought an Emma mattress by paying the installments with dividebuy Unfortunately after two years the mattress was defective and it was returned to Emma Emma refunded to the dividebuy and after almost a month still no refund to me no response from the divide buy or any solution Do not use this service they keep with your money

Terrible customer service very unhelpful with generic copy paste answers on live chat No ability to speak to anyone over the phone despite clear issues with their systems Horrible horrible website I ll be glad if I never have to use it again

I tried to add a new card to make payment but couldn t tried on line chat but got no where despite numerous emails and a formal complaint still not getting anywhere apart from threats of non payments now Can t ever speak to a human being everything is either email or chat bot awful customer service Now affected my credit score through no fault of my own

I have never been refused credit in my life I have a perfect credit rating I have had loans credit cards and other thing on credit and was refused by these I even request a transunion credit report and checked my clears core and expeiran to see if something had happened but as usually top score and no missed payments in 14 years but now my report has been damaged by a check which there was no reason to refuse Not happy will be asking for search to be removed Best of all iv just gone to my credit score and they have pre approved me a triple lock loan for far more than wanted Seems they don t like giving interest free Update why they say contact them is obviously just to look nice as it useless Cannot tell you why or why the company offered me a loan after And on top they refuse to delete personal details even after they had a massive date breach 3 years ago

Appart from helping with vet bills there useless They have no phone number inwhich to ring up its all in txt so you have to waste a day speaking to them in txt only They won t let you make payments any other way when you want to unless your card is registered to you with the address you took the loan out with they won t allow you to make a review after their chat with you especially if you star it 1 star They just cut you off Hence why I m making the review here There not very helpful apart from giving you the money where all companies are willing to do that if you can pay it this company is so behind with the times and NEEDS a good over hall with the way they do things

Terrible service - Second review here I m still waiting for my money Do not use this service please because in case of return or issue with the product they will not refund you Always making lots of excuses first there was a problem with their system then they need to contact an external company as it is an old purchase and cannot be refunded ironic a credit financial provider Then they were going to have a meeting last week and unfortunately it had to be postponed for this week I ve been waiting for my refund for over a month without any progress or update Just find sources to refund if possible

Every single time the payment needs to come out my account I have a problem It is arranged for the day after my payment so I have the money in but they never seem to automatically take it out then I try and pay manually I still get a problem as It won t let me put the little number on the back of my card it just has a constant loading sign so i go through a live chat with someone it is really stressful to do every single month waste don t bother

Purchase element went fine Refund has gone to a company in liquidation and there s no game plan or information about how I am going to receive my refund Now I m more than 600 out of pocket and unknown if I will receive a refund Be very cautious Customer service can t help and can t give any information

Unable to change card details as card had expired tried 4 times on chat to customer services they could not resolve with no resolution Had to end up paying balance if full to avoid charges Customer service is a joke
