Well the latest after 3 attempts they cannot close my account even if I haven t ordered anything due to 1 year policy so be warned once they credit ref your stuck for 1 year I ve learnt my lesson never again ordered mattress was going to pay monthly decided I ll pay in full been trying to close this account as longer no required cannot change details cannot close can t seem to contact anyone do not want dividebuy account left open going round in circles

Worst most longest process ever Had to keep creating different accounts with different email addresses to finally get the order through constant errors coming up Also they only deliver to the billing address so ordering a new sofa wanted it delivered to my new address but that wasn t possible So now I ve got to hire a van to meet them at my old address to then take it to the new address Joke

ZERO Stars Less than a thousand zero stars For your mental health wellbeing please DO NOT even consider using this company They will push you to the end of your tether Sofa returned damaged refund was approved on 7th November To date they have still not refunded my money I have contacted them several times and they state unable to refund due to technical issues Took money out of my account on Monday 9th December again went via the online chat to report this is not acceptable They had the audacity to advise that they would give me a breathing space month But no payments are due the item was returned They have since refunded the payment but refused to process the whole amount due I have paid since August 24 stating again not possible due to technical issues They have ruined my Christmas had to cancel family staying as no sofa They take no accountability for their appalling customer Service They just don t care They will take your money have no intention of giving it back No better than thieves Disgusting and disingenuous I really hope you read this hang your heads in SHAME Let s wait for the standard reply with useless words Merry Christmas

Avoid credit with this company they support Emma Sleep in scamming people ordered a mattress from Emma Sleep big mistake six weeks ago No mattress and Emma do not respond to emails or there chat system and there MD also does not respond call Dividebuy and they tell you to contact Emma sleep who do not respond and even when you tell Dividebuy they still tell you to contact the company that does NOT respond but Dividebuy keep taking payments for a item that you have NOT received and do nothing to help see you in court Dividebuy along with Emma Sleep

I have placed 2 orders One has been canceled but this company didn t process my cancelation and one month later my problem is ignored Not gonna used again as they can t be trusted I was told that my issue will be solved in 3 to 5 days but one week later nothing has been changed

Got a refund for 684 98 for my mums bed frame and they took 393 71 for the mattress when there was only 262 48 left to pay as my mum paid 131 24 on the 8th which left her bank on the 9th January which the company said went back in rang bank and they said sorry they took money on the 9th so basically they want to ROB my mum of her money while she in hospital disgusting just lying they are as mum got in contact with them today and said error what a joke if she didn t get in touch she would NEVER GET HER MONEY BACK SO BEWARE PEOPLE going to report it to my mum bank in morning again saying they said the bank has her money so there s so fraudulent action going on here somewhere either the bank or DivideBuy we will see tomorrow

I have been waiting since 22nd December for my refund of a cancelled order Despite receiving an email to say it would be refunded within 7-10 working days it has still not been received or my emails answered So buyers beware its all positive until you need a refund then it s shocking

Worth noting DivideBuy don t allow customers who bank with Monzo or Revolut banks Rediculous in 2025 So if you bank with either you won t be allowed to purchase solar panels from Octopus energy on finance for example

We ve had a faulty item delivered 2 months ago by another company but we paid through Dividebuy They have been nothing short of useless The company we bought the item through haven t responded so we contacted dividebuy as they are the ones we are paying monthly for this They first told us there was nothing they can do at all and we d just have to keep paying and then the next time we contacted we were told they could actually escalate this When I reached out a few weeks later they stated they d spoken to the retailer and confirmed the item had been delivered so the problem was sorted WHAT The issue was with the item being was faulty I know its delivered I m sleeping on the floor and staring at it because we can t build the item They half-heartedly apologised for passing on the wrong information and told me it would be another few weeks while they reach out to the retailer Honestly the complete lack of communication and any care has confirmed I will never use a service like this again If I d paid through the bank direct or through the likes of Klarna ClearPay the payments would have been put on hold and I d have some support with getting somewhere with this issue but this company only wants your money and nothing else

A mattress was ordered under a 12 month no interest plan They took the initial payment confirmed the order and then sent a cryptic email about wanting to talk to about the account They then withheld the goods paid for did not communicate this would happen or that there was an issue The day after the mattress failed to arrive I contacted them to provide what they asked for they still did not reveal they had withheld the mattress and referred me back to the retailer I then went to the retailer who referred me back to Dividebuy They even told me I was responsible for the finance agreement when i asked to cancel and would continue to have to pay even though they had blocked my mattress from being sent to meSo I have contacted them again today and they finally admitted they had withheld it until the ID check despite already having taken my money and confirming the order delivery I ve been left laying on a hard floor with a herniated disc in agony I ll be posting the transcripts videos of these conversations where I can so that people can see how dividebuy operate
