i bought a guitar thought i would

i bought a guitar thought i would spread the cost as they advertised filled all the paperworlk with card details for payment didnt know it was with divideandbuy keep getting emails saying my payment isnt going through blah blah to avoid a fee its a complete nightmare i carnt even log into there website its so poo

Flawed webiste that doesnt work properly and has serious glitches

I paid off the account in full today but the website still said i owed another month When i checked the account payment status and my emails it said ive paid in full How confusing This website is not engineered well enough and is flawed I got cut off the live chat as the person did not come back with an answer in time Ill never use this service again

I was up to date with my payment never missed a payment but at one point it was not that I don t have money to pay for what I wanted rejecting me was not explain to why i cant order was very painful I stood there for a while because and paying for myself for ordering TV unit I paid 699 at Furniture shop in Peckham as a value customer I was very disappointed and will never spent my time in that shop ever ever again

Deceive and Buy

Signed up to these to pay in installments for an Emma Mattress first they say soft credit search then do a hard search as well after they already know I m creditworthy not to mention the upfront payment they asked for as well I d of been better just paying for it all in one go first time using this Co and it will be the last

Wouldn t Use Diviebuy Again

I had to call Dividebuy numerous times to update my payment card details and was told by a Dividebuy representative that they couldnt do it I had to resort to paying the entire balance via a bank transfer which negates paying in installments

I had issues with purchasing initially and the live chat you offer was not helpful just shrugged me off and told me to contact e careers when it was divide by who the issue was with when I was trying to purchase the course

I m only giving this bcuz I haven t received item yet or no communication from shop about delivery etc

Poor communication when trying to cancel

Whilst the process was great to obtain the finance I have returned the items and cancelled the finance yet haven t received a response from Divide Buy Ive been unable to contact them - I haven t received a response or confirmation of cancellation Payment is due tomorrow yet I cancelled the finance product
