It all went well

Surveyor friendly and efficient Report sent next dayResult acceptable although queried the need for a new EPC as previous was only 2 years old with a 10 year expectancy

Very quick to come to the property to

It all went well although I was a bit surprised that the surveyors didn t remove their shoes while walking around the house or put on the shoe coverings we provided

A simple and painless experience

DM Hall were quick at getting someone out to do the home report later on the renewal report The draft was produced by the next day for approval and then any changes were made quickly

The survey was carried out without fuss or problems Assistance was offered with regards completing written questionnaire and our opinions and suggestions were considered before final completion of the report

I was not there personally but I understand that the survey was done really well I would have given 5 stars for efficiency if the location noted on the survey had been correct

Would have been 5 stars but I never knew a time date that you were coming so was surprised when the surveyor showed up

It would have helped if I had been in attendance with him during his survey eg The report states no crawl boards yet they were looped on to the upright wall There was a hatch easily accessed to go sub floor Otherwise very polite courteous and efficient

The reason I m only giving 4 stars was

The surveyor Michael was extremely polite and considerate whilst carrying out our valuation survey And on contacting him after receiving the report he answered out queries very clearly I opted to give 4 stars instead of 5 as a result of one member of the administration staff who was inclined to speak over you and not really listen to what you were trying to say This happened over 2 telephone conversations

Great efficient service provided

The reason I m only giving 4 stars was that we were scheduled in for 9am appointment At 9 30 no surveyor turned up so we called to be told we weren t in the system Eventually someone came out at 10 45 but no apology was made for the mix up
