Google s algorithm suggested this company to answer my shipment search I was skeptical I researched online with only positive customer reviews and decided to go for it Very quickly a nice person contacted me by email and phone to get more information then a sale manager Mr Robert Houwayek contacted me for a follow-up We talked for a long time in different languages English French Arabic He s a polyglot and had video conferences to give him a precise idea of the items to move The flexibility professionalism communication skills and kindness of Mr Robert are just Extraordinary He was available day and night including weekends on the phone by WhatsApp email etc Always ready to answer all my questions and to ensure everything goes well On the day of the move agents on site came with all the necessary material bubble wrap etc and everything was just perfect My belongings arrived at their destination after five days on the road They promised five days of door-to-door overseas delivery I didn t really believe it thinking it was marketing but they kept their word I was amazed I have moved before but never had such a positive experience I highly recommend this company Ask for Mr Robert Houwayek you won t be disappointed
