The dealing with the company was great

The dealing with the company was great with no problems The delivery was not so good - the doors were heavy and delivery man would not enter the door and I was on my own so had to slide them along floor - I understood this is Covid but this no longer applies

Complete request fulfilment

Doors More were the only company that could provide my preferred rebated double door and complimenting single door in the same order The doors were well packaged and delivered as promised What I didn t realise was that the order was split and supplied by different manufacturers and delivery companies I d have rated this order as 5 stars if I d been informed of the split which caused slight confusion I thought I was getting spammed when receiving delivery notification by unrecognised numbers and texts Other than this an excellent service and fantastic doors

Goodbut Overall service was good when buying

Overall service was good when buying the door arrived when promised good condition Where it could easily be improved is when a return is required along with a new order Surely if a vehicle is delivering from your company and a pickup is required for your company it shouldn t be too difficult - however was told I had to make my own arrangements even though the return goes to the same site but different area

Easy to order kept up to date about my order and it arrived on time Door quality was also as good as I d hoped Price was higher than I can normally buy locally as I m a professional tradesman but all in all it suited my needs on this occasion

Lovely doors communication issues

Lovely doors delivered on time However no messages received the day before the delivery to let me know which day Thursday Friday they would arrive I had one missed call from a mobile number the day before but no message left I don t answer mobile numbers who are not in my contacts This was not the fault of the delivery men they showed me a txt message sent to my phone on Wednesday 23rd November which hadn t been Delivered I am really pleased with the doors and only want to highlight some miss communication which is paramount for people who are juggling work around deliveries

Arranging the delivery and on the day

Arranging the delivery and on the day people were helpful and all went to time and what we d agreed The reminder on the day before didn t include the company name so maybe tweak that as customers may not be only waiting for something from you It was a super early delivery slot but the van was quiet and driver was respectful of people sleeping

Beautiful doors

The doors are lovely - great quality and delivery was fast My only negative comment would be on the delivery driver He left the doors on my drive strapped to a pallet while I had my baby in my arms Not the most helpful considering when I undid the clingfilm holding them up they fell in opposite directions to one another

Delivery guys were great

Delivery guys were great Andy helped me carry the doors as they were heavy Notifications were scarce from the company to let me know when deliveries would be made as they were divided into two parts Overall satisfied but have not hung the doors yet

white p10 roomfold grande

Ordered white p10 roomfold grande with clear glass Door looks lovely slides easily no sticking Only issue I would have is that there was no choice of colour for fitments only chrome and more importantly only X1 d pull handle included door is to be opened from both sides not just one side Since ordered X2 d handles in gold from ironmongery direct But otherwise would recommend and but again

Great product great price communication generally very good Only slight downside was that they forgot to tell me that I had a split delivery due to one of my doors coming from a different manufacturer This was sorted with a quick phone call Would definitely recommend this company
