The delivery syatem is unforgiving

The delivery system is a little unforgiving Received a text saying it would be there between 7-9 which I missed and then they turned up at seven and I missed the call o it to be told there was no way to call until after 9 I tried repeatedly to get hold of them less than ten minutes later and ended up having to pay 52 ponds for a re delivery A little harsh Doors were fine though

Im sure the doors would have been lovely but unfortunately have been let down by the delivery company so have had to cancel my order If deliveries are restricted to a certain day in your area you should probably let people know before they order so you dont waste their time maybe you should reconsider your delivery company as i also notice most of your negative reviews are because of them

When ordering a frame for an opening

When ordering a frame for an opening there is 8mm grove in the cill This 8mm gap is too big to fit any off the shelf weather stop bar Really frustrating change the size of groove to fit conventional off shelf products please

Good start below average overall

Customer service speed of reply initially was very fast Follow up question was not responded to which was disappointing I Chose to still make the purchase but delivery window was 7am-7pm Not helpful for full time workers On the day usually they tell you a smaller window but they just phoned when I wasn t home luckily neighbour was looking out for me After several days I opened the cardboard cover on the doors to find some of the door damaged I m pretty handy and can fix it but besides the point I think the delivery service is poor and wether it was then or damaged before - more care needs to be taken on glass doors

Ledge and Brace Door

The Ledge and Brace door arrived on time as stated and packaged very well When installing the door I noticed that some of the T G panels had started to bow forcing the staple fixings loose Because I was fitting this door for a customer I had to counter sink several screws around the door and then fill them prior to applying the finishing coats

Good service product slightly lacking

Good quick efficient service On 2 frosted glass Coventry oak doors Slightly disappointed with the veneer finish around the glazing some splits and splintering There was also a fair amount of glue remnants around all the glass panels Meaning the doors required more prep work than anticipated

Wasn t the best but could have been much worse

I ordered a door got a confirmation email and then never heard a thing for about 2 weeks after and I believe that was only because I sent two emails first They didn t respond to the email JBkind sent me a txt message with a delivery date on it Only I was then told that the message was set in error and then need to arrange a new delivery date When the new delivery date and time was made they delivered the door in the date and in the time that they specified The door was all packaged up and look to be in good condition

Their doors are great but

Their doors are great however delivery was slow given the price Furthermore I received a damaged mortice latch in the privacy pack Having spoke to them yesterday they just said I have to wait for someone to look at my email No time frame for replacement So left with a unfinished bathroom door So that s disappointing

Working Well but What a Long Wait

I think you were reasonably efficient but the very long lead time on one size of door was a big disappointment I wouldn t be surprised if it costs you business When lead times are that long I think a lot of people would look for an alternative supplier
