Ordered a front door frame with sidelights and bottom rails the bottom rails however are 60mm too short the most aggravating thing is they will not reply to email or after sales will not any the phone

Delivery messed up Poor communication Caused me lots of issues re My carpenter and delays etc refund not made yet

4-panel bi-fold arrived damaged twice after being delivered to two wrong addresses Unprofessional and downright rude and argumentative delivery drivers Trying to resolve with customer services has been like pulling teeth I don t expect perfection and things always have potential to go wrong but it s how you deal with them that sets you apart Poor service

Appalling service I ordered a doorframe and at the time of sale was told I d be able to choose a delivery date After placing the order I received a notification of delivery which only gave me one date option As this was a Wednesday when I m at work I had to decline the date I ve since emailed D M and sent six WhatsApp messages and they ve ignored me I now just want to cancel as this has caused me so much stress

Terrible service and I ve still not received a refund after nearly 4 weeks Ordered 2 doors on 25 11 and paid 80 for express delivery I was then advised there was a stock issue and as they no longer had the doors in stock I could choose an alternative or a refund However after advising that I had a carpenter coming to fit the doors and needing them in a hurry could they help in getting some alternative doors to me asap After rearranging a carpenter twice I ve had little and slow responses The alternatives I was looking at were on offer for Black Friday but they waited until the deal had ended to get back to me expecting me to pay full price I have since asked for a refund but I m still waiting for this to be confirmed I will be asking my bank for a charge back as I have not received any confirmation in over a week now I would avoid again in the future and would do not recommend

Paid for my order Nothing delivered 8 days later I called in to ask where my order was and after a 10 minute wait was told the price on the website was wrong and said I had to pay much more to get my order delivered or get a refund When I queried why there had been no communication basically hung up on me Would anyone have called me about my order Awful service and worse customer service

Delivery service was dreadful the van came twice to deliver the door but they didn t have the door on board so drove away blamed me for not being in to accept delivery I will never use this company ever again

Poor delivery only 3 out of 7 doors turned up We then had the remaining 4 doors delivered None of which came with the hinges handles etc that we ordered We were told those would be next day delivered to us which they haven t We have now had to cancel the carpenter that was due to hang the doors after giving two weeks notice between when the doors were due to arrive None further communication and very frustrating

I m unhappy as the delivery took a long time and delivery driver was not friendly and not flexible He ignored my requests

Website advises 3 - 7 days delivery time I ordered and paid in full a door Last Thursday 12th of December Having not been given a delivery date yet I called today to phone and make sure it was on route I have just been told it wont be delivered until sometime in the new year Disappointing as I had used this company twice previously and all had gone well
