I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Charlotte Cunliffe who has helped me with a large order of doors and handles She has been easily contactable friendly and dealing with any issues I ve had She s a credit to your organisation and should be in receipt of a payrise or a token to show your appreciation The doors are in great condition as advertised and I will certainly buy from you in the future It has been a little frustrating not being able to purchase all the doors from you in one go due to the stocking issues Nonetheless I m very happy with my experience

Excellent service Delivered ahead of expected time door was securely packaged so no damage and appears to be high quality at a good price Only improvement is if they had told me who the carrier was and when it was coming as I had it delivered to a customer and wasn t there to receive it Otherwise great and will definitely use them again

I had one door with few scratches and the 2nd door was damaged by the delivery man he hit my house wall bringing it in All together 6 doors were delivered Great customer service resolving the issue however the delivery company is very irresponsible people the doors are fire doon hence very heavy I did offer to help but he refuse The packaging is very poor the product is quality great customer service compare to other online companies Quick deliveryresolve problems quickly and effectively Very good price
