Comfortable good value

Bought the Octasmart Essentials mattress plush comfort version Using it along with a Dormeo topper I bought a while ago so I can t say what it s like on its own Only been using the mattress for a couple of weeks but seems good so far

Ordering is easy enough

Ordering is easy enough The mattress itself is very comfortable The only downside really is delivery in the sense of the amount of hours you have to stay in to await delivery This is difficult when you work It would be easier if courier allowed you to track and see how many drop offs there are before you My delivery arrived in the afternoon so I could have worked in the morning

I won t lie

I cannot deny that the quality and comfort of my sleep has improved However I m very upset that I have been denied the remaining part of my order which would have fulfilled my sleep even more I have a beautiful mattress to sleep on which has improved the quality of my sleeps however I do not have my memory foam pillow which I was looking forward to or my 13 5 tog duvet which could really do me justice in this cold weather season Due to that and me not having prior knowledge that I would not be receiving the two items in my original delivery I have not enjoyed my Dormeo experience My order was delivered on the 4th today is now the 18th I am still without my full comfort which I have paid for I was not given any information or update until I contacted Dormeo which felt unprofessional and below the excellent standards I had expected The product has no fault but the customer service experience has not been the best

Mattress is great

Mattress is great I do notice that once im asleep i have to stay in one spot It can be uncomfortable to sprawl as the depression traps me However my back pain has gone For the price im really happy It does get a little hot so we will see in the summer but good for now I marked four stars only because of the delivery experience Nine days delivery was fair Sadly DX were a nightmare to contact and took hours whilst at work to simply get it left with a neighbour Very very stressful Overall good product and i am content

My mattress topper

My experience of the mattress topper it s great I have a comfortable nights sleep on the mattress it supports the body very well does what it says it does

Great mattress Bought 3 dormeo so far the last couple of years Delivery times are absolute joke Dormeo have had plenty of time to get their house in order when it comes to dispatching expect to wait 3 4 weeks But still excellent mattress

Comfortable

I like the mattress we already have 2 of them and they are comfortable The only downside is delivery We received it very quickly only after a couple of days after the order was made But I received message that it will be delivered between 8 00-18 00 that s basically the whole day usually when I am expecting delivery the time slot is 2-3 hours I wasn t at home when it was delivered and they give it to my neighbours but I didn t received any card notification that it was delivered and to whom also checked online and it wasn t showing as delivered Good that I have nice neighbours and they told me that they have my parcel otherwise I will be still waiting

mattress topper

It is a good mattress topper but I am returning it due to the fact that it moves about on top of the mattress so when I wake up in the morning it s hanging off the side of the bed by up to six inches

I d buy again

I was ably advised of which mattress to choose which seems to have been correct However the protective topper I ordered at the same time was missed from the dispatch though shown on the dispatch note so I had to phone again to have it sent - in fairness it then arrived within a few days One other thing - I did find that the thick quilting made it difficult to turn in bed I ve overcome this by adding a mattress topper I already had from another well known mattress company which has smoothed out the quilting and I m now very happy with my purchase

Original matress delivered by DX to

Original matress delivered by DX to wrong address and was signed for by unknown person Dx admitted to delivering to wrong address their vehicles have trackers fitted but unable to retrieve the delivery even though they ve admitted their error Dormer to their credit have reordered matress last week but so far no sign of it required matress for Xmas so very disappointed not to receive it when promised As promised today 29 12 reordered matress has finally arrived Thankyou Dormeo for your help
