We recently rented a property with Draker lettings and Edward our agent was a great help Edward always picked up the telephone quickly and dealt with any queries promptly He was very professional and personable in his approach and was a pleasure to deal with The renting of this property was not straightforward and Edward is quite new to this business so had to rely on his manager at times for information but he was always honest if he did not know the answer to a question that was asked and to my mind this is better than someone that pretends to know everything and clearly doesn t All round good experience

Super quick and friendly assistance from Draker Happened to stumble upon the listing late on a Friday afternoon and got in touch with Arabella who sent me a very helpful video that showed me the flat ahead of our viewing on the Monday She was very friendly and did everything she could to get all my questions answered so I could confirm my interest before it went off the market It was such a lucky find so I m super glad she was able to help I then coordinated with her and Mo who was very helpful and responsive too Looking forward to the move

Been looking for a one bed flat for my partner and I for an entire month and having to come across William was brilliant he all know the stress and hassle in finding a flat in London but most importantly somewhere you can call and feel at home William was brilliant in helping us find some where listened to what we wanted and delivered everytime it has made flat searching a lot easier due to his help and diligence in getting us flat where we desire I would really recommend him as he s very easy going pays attention to what you need and provide alternatives It s been sure a pleasure and has easy then burden on both my partner and I If I had to do it all over again I would definitely choose William Such an Amazing person
