Draker lettings brought me a drug addict that destroyed my newly renovated luxury duplex flat in Chelsea Not only did they not refund me my money for the commission but they did not apologize they did not offer any help and they took no responsibility Their Sales representative even though he realized the tenant was clearly behaving out of order and scratching herself all over at the time she met with him I was in the hospital undergoing chemo and could not meet her myself He urged me to agree to the tenancy even though I told him I do not want to take her in as she sounded terrible After the whole event I met with the head of the office Jack Stone who looked at me with cold eyes and bluntly told me this is not the Agent s responsibility I subsequently lost months of rents and legal fees and was never even returned the Agent fee I have dealt with many Agents in my life I can safely say this is the most unprofessional office I have ever worked with I have been 100 truthful and honest in my review and I am happy to provide further details All-in this experience cost me a huge amount of distress at a time I was recovering from my sickness I received zero help from their team blind arrogance and a total lack of any desire to do right An Agent s responsibility is to bring forward good clients The lady in question had been bankrupt on multiple occasions and Draker hadn t even checked that she had multiple bailifs and court orders outstanding against her More importantly her drug habit was evident on sight I would strongly suggest you avoid these people they are absolutely unprofessional This was for a multi-million pound property to be clear that they brought the drug-addict in Cleaning up the house we found vomit coccaine and various other substances everywhere amidst the general disarray The apartment had just been refurbished

Absolutely horrendous I would give negative stars if I could and am in the process of reporting them Myself and everyone I have spoken to have had nothing but horrific experiences with the lazy cheats at both Draker locations even worse if God forbid they manage the property as well Unless you want to be lied to stuck with hazardous code violations and completely ignored AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The Worst Letting Agent the will trick you into renting their flats I was tricked into a flat that have civil work on the building and when I asked about when the workers will finish they promised me just before you move in I moved in and the workers were still there Noises from 8 am and no privacy at all and when I get back to Darker they said we didn t know and they didn t help in any way be careful from them

Sadly we had a very unfortunate experience with Draker Lettings Fulham branch We were led to believe that a leak had been fixed however later found out that it was a lot more severe than what had been discussed We felt that communication was poor and that Drakers didn t reveal the reality of the situation we were getting into

I live downstairs a flat that is managed by draker It leaked a couple times and draker did nothing excepting for dragging the whole thing Now it has been almost 5 months I organised plumbers to fix problems and they did nothing It is unfair to be treated by this agent without any decency and urgency

Truly awful experience from Draker Lettings We made an offer and had it accepted by the landlord Our agent Jordana told us that we had to sign the contract and pay a deposit and the first months rent immediately to ensure we could secure the property We signed and paid 5 6k thinking the property was ours Little did we know the agent continued showing the property to other tenants after we had signed and paid aiming to get higher offers After hearing nothing for 2 days we found out that a higher offer had been presented to the landlord and taken Only an estate agent would feel comfortable reneging on a signed agreement to maximise their own commission If you are a tenant AVOID DRAKER LETTINGS

This has been the worst ever experience with renting a flat and it only just started for me Immature

It looked like a good agency but unfortunately the moment we got the apartment and transferred the money it all went downhill It is unclear if Draker Lettings as a whole is unreliable and an agency that leaves a lot to be desired or if we simply had bad luck with the agents we were assigned A month in and amongst other things such as a poor cleaning we are still waiting for the number of broken items to be fixed which were identified before our let began Draker manages the property for the landlord

Worst agency aggressive in every way no ethics

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Mo is probably one of the most unprofessional rude and straight up incompetent agents we have ever met Not only was he rude to us but they wasted 7 days of our time This fool asked us for the deeds to our residential property and we provided this even though if he wanted it he should have done his job as an agent and got it himself But ask yourself what sort of an agent asks for deeds to your properties just as a reference to rent a property in London none We provided proof of the substantial cash savings and millions in property owned But he kept messing us around everyday asking us for more and more documentation all of which was provided He ILLEGALLY sent us an assured shorthold tenancy agreement and told us that the landlord would hold the deposit and not the DPS and I had to point this out and let him know it had to be a non assured shorthold tenancy agreement I had to do his job for him At the end we decided to pull out as he was wasting so much of our time and we needed to move into a rental property quickly This guy is a crook and so to his company i would love to attach the proof if truspilot would let me
