My review has changed considerably Initially I lost my deposit of 3445 when the manchester branch folded Received updates about what was happening and I have received a full refund Hats off to dream doors

Excellent selection and styles

I used my local Dream Doors and found them to be an efficient company with very good prices However what has let them down is the poor service following my order When the fitter first came he hadn t got all the correct doors and a shelf unit He also had to go many miles to collect the worktop which I would have thought was with the order One door was not of the design I ordered and I am still waiting for a replacement for one door My original order was in middle of July I found the original fitter to be pleasant and he did a good job

Great transformation

Thank you to the team for transforming our kitchen - it s amazing We also really appreciated your support with the little snags we had with the new sink Throughout your service was great and lines of communication were always open Recommended

New fitted kitchen

The fitter Giuseppe made an excellent job of fitting our kitchen and nothing was to much trouble for him We had new doors worktops drawers and appliances fitted so well happy with our new kitchen Thankyou Mr and Mrs Bray

Love the new kitchen doors and drawers

Love the new kitchen doors and drawers had one issue with a non standard part which has taken a long while to resolve though without hassle I hasten to add and the finished result is excellent I found the doors and drawers a little on the pricey side at 150 per door drawer when a reasonable quality 30 minute rated oak fire door costs around 139 but like I say we are happy with the overall results

Worth the wait I think

The product is excellent I omitted one star because I had to wait nearly three months for two doors to be fitted and even then the date had to be postponed for a further week Having said that the fitting service provided was excellent

Professional and friendly service

We recently had a kitchen makeover from Dream Doors Enfield The team was professional and friendly Suzie was very helpful when we were trying to choose from the large range of styles and colours And Dmitri was a pleasure to have in the house - and very efficient

AVOID Brigg branch

Brigg branch - shop not open as advertised about to drive off when someone turned up Came out promptly took approx 3500 deposit then vanished for weeks Rang up out of concern before reporting them for fraud given a poor excuse but was booked in no confirmation prior to date so held our breath and crossed everything but they did turn up Brilliant job by sub contractor s unlike experience so far they couldn t get out quick enough to collect their money foolishly paid up and weeks later still waiting for completion despite several promises Shame as quality job LOUSY customer service DO NOT PAY A PENNY UNTIL SATISFIED they re full of S T and a very bad example of a franchisee for Dream Doors

I had mirror wardrobe doors and track

I had mirror wardrobe doors and track replaced with made to measure track and doors by the branch in Stonehouse Gloucestershire I had great service throughout Timely visit from Simon the surveyor and the fitters Simon gave me useful advice The fitting was done by Gary and Mark efficiently and the new doors fit and function perfectly and look good Customer service from Jane Charlene Maria and Becki was very responsive and helpful at all times

INCREDIBLE kitchen transformation with Clive and his team at South East London Dream Doors

Clive and his team at Dream Doors South London Eltham branch have transformed our sad broken kitchen into a gorgeous brand new room - it s now the jewel of the house I can t believe the transformation Clive and his team were so professional kind and knowledgeable and helped us at every step of the journey - can not recommend them enough Thank you Clive - best customer service I ve ever come across - highly recommend
