Shameful

Generally disgusted with this North London team Appeared very professional when invited to measure and quote Were given a VERY specific time deadline - which I was assured would not be an issue Failed to meet this first deadline for even the first visit Nov 23 Then were unable to complete the job Finally was completed nearly 2 months later Jan 24 Immediately threatened with legal action for not paying immediately

Please be aware dream doors is just a franchise We just lost 2500 00 through a franchise in Lichfield Paid our deposit in January 2024 Appalling customer service were informed in June 2024 that the branch had gone bust For months they couldn t tell us when the new kitchen make over would be started I was informed by the operations manager as the store manager wasn t answering calls that they had never not finished a kitchen Well from the reviews that s a lie too

Big Disappointment

Kitchen design was agreed between myself and Wilson Craig Dream Doors of Ayr The deposit was paid and work started in August 2022 yes 2022 Kitchen is not as expected the flooring has split the fridge freezer does not slide into the gap left for it the dishwasher scrapes against the next cupboard as not in the place agreed due to designer not advising plumber to alter stop cock an absolute shambles Snagging agreed months ago and here I am still waiting The designer made all of the right noises claiming to understand and then ignored me

Dream Doors Lichfield now in Liquidation all deposits lost Appalling customer service No contact whatsoever from the store since taking deposit Shocking behaviour from the store manager and zero support from Head Office When it works I am sure it works well but god forbid something goes wrong because noone will help you

Buyers beware They are very very expensive

The company claim to save up to 50 on a new fitted kitchen but that wasn t our experience They charged us about 100 more Be cautious when dealing with this company and Do get another quote before agreeing to their pricing They don t provide itemized invoices so can hide costs easily We don t recommend them at all When we asked them to review our quote they refused Just be careful No harm in getting a second quote then you can see what they are charging you

Dream nightmares

Fitting was so bad a second fitter had to come abd refit splash back Kitchen utensils used as tools Delay after delay from start of project Delays started with the work top and a job that should have been finished end of September was finished in November Charged full price despite having to have work redone My expectation of using what I thought was a proper company was that the job would be done right first time Evidently this is not the expectation on dream doors I questioned the invoice not having a discount for the distress and inconvenience caused The owner just continued to justify the great job i have photos of the mess they tried to leave the job in

Harassment

Dream Doors Burnley Rossendale have been harassing me for months by Text Calls E-Mails I told them ages ago I wasn t interested so they keep using methods I haven t Blocked yet I get contacted every couple of weeks despite threatening them with Legal Action Reaction to their Reply - You ve completely missed the point that they keep ringing by using Tel Nos I haven t already Blocked

Timewasters Called in at local

Timewasters Called in at local branch on Wednesday 8 January Explained what I wanted Strangely the Staff member handed me a sheet with a price range on it and asked me what I thought my job was worth Filled it in up to 4000 Immediately told they would normally charge 5-5 5k but the Manager would have final say when he visited Arranged a visit for Friday 10 January Strangely next day got an email saying they couldn t make the appointment and would call to re-arrange Smelt a rat straight away and arranged for another local Kitchen fitter to come out Glad i did quoted 3320 for a lot more than this greedy shower would have done oh yes haven t heard from them since Judging by some of the other comments on here I have dodged a bullet

A very negative experience

Unfortunately this is turning out to be a very stressful experience with dream doors My kitchen is still not finished and they keep pressurizing me into paying the remaining 50 balance which I am refusing to until the job is finished to my total satisfaction
