Disappointing After Sales Service
We were initially very pleased with the doors and service provided by the Exeter branch last year One door became a bit uneven after a few months but a fitter repaired that promptly for us A second door developed a similar fault which we reported in July within the 12 month warranty period We were initially told that someone would be sent when in the area but they can t keep coming out for hinges When we hadn t heard from them by September we emailed the office and were told a fitter would look at it for us when next in the area For context we live 10 minutes drive from the branch showroom and city centre This week the cupboard door fell off and when we called the office to ask again for this to be dealt with we were told that the warranty had expired this is despite our initial report being made within 12 months of fitting It s now been agreed that a fitter will come to look at the cupboard in 4 weeks time on a day that isn t actually convenient for us but it was the only date offered That will be a wait of 6 months Whilst we were very pleased with the product and look of our kitchen the after sales customer service has left us with very a disappointed feeling and effect on our overall rating
