Scam Quote for one car and then try to provide a cheaper car They weren t even efficient about it taking a week to do finance checks others can do in 2 hours Lot s of time wasted

Very disappointing service Waited a long time for the car after promises were made but ultimately had to abandon the transaction I understand there is a national delay in cars being delivered but the overall experience wasn t great

Advertise vehicles they do not have then when you call in they try to offer you other vehicles Basic Click Bait tactic

Hi I was in the process of getting Nissan Qashqai on Lease initially it was all going good until I said that I will get back to them Few days later I am told I will have to pay cancellation fees Since I had all the terms and conditions I copied and pasted relevant sections regarding cancellation Within minutes of me sending me the email I got this email from Reece dreamlease Hi Zainul I hope you re well You re correct you re not due any cancellation fee this shouldn t have bene included in the email my apologies May I ask what your concern with the vehicle is If you shop around currently you can see prices have all gone up 40 a month since the price increase across the UK You have the cheapest deal that available currently Do you need more time to mull it over Let me know if I can assist at all Kind regardsReece

BEWARE DREAMLEASE Dreamlease won t honour the price they quote my personal experience of Dreamlease order number 139698 March 2022 I found a deal on a Volvo on Dreamlease I Called company price confirmed I paid a few hundred quid to order Finance and order forms signed and accepted delivery date agreed 2months after ordering I got a call from Dreamlease who said my order had been cancelled because the vehicle was no longer being made due to lack of parts chips I checked their website Despite claiming the vehicle was not being made anymore they were still advertising same make model colour on their website at nearly twice the quoted price They Initially denied it making all sorts of excuses it was a different car etc they eventually admitted it was the same car but blamed Volvo for putting their prices up and they couldn t offer it at the price agreed Their practices towards customers lack any integrity and I ll be avoiding them

Very professional and responsive initially and quoted me a car which I agreed to and placed the order When I asked for an update 2 weeks later I was ignored for 2 days despite sending several emails to different departments to then be told that my order was missed to the manufacturer therefore the car I was initially quoted on and placed the order for was going to be 30 dearer then first quote I was told they were going to look for alternates in my budget and still not heard anything back Poor service I would not recommend

Terrible company not to be trusted nothing but lies from the start Ordered the vehicle in November which was due in March no communication just us chasing them to be told they have no idea when the vehicles due This went on for months until in June they told us the price of the deal would be going up and they still didn t know when we d get the car We tried really hard to work with them but just lost all trust mainly because we didn t believe they had ordered the car with Park Lane BMW like they claim they had We asked for 4 months of proof of order which they could never show us and still have nt They were then very keen in June for us to cancel the order as they clearly had nt ordered the car 8 Months wasted and now the deal on that vehicle is 65PCM more costing us 2655 more no offer to compensate or good will Shocking company and now pursuing the matter legally

Not happy as had quote for leasing a car - two days later gave the go ahead to lease said car I said that i was interested and was then directed to complete a credit application I completed application and let them know but as soon as they were told they then informed me that the car that i was interested in had gone up over 30 per month I thought it was sneaky of them to only tell me AFTER i had completed my application rather than before ever though there was only 10 minutes between them

Started well Told originally car expected delivery 7th March Then told 14th March Then told 21st April Now last straw told today end of May or even beginning of June Sorry no use so had to cancel order Sad and disappointed Promised refund of broker fee - will update when received Money received thank goodness I have since spoken to some people in the know - garage wise - and been told Nissan Juke 1 6 Hybrid was never going to be available until April earliest If I d known this right from the beginning I d not have sold my car and problem would have been solved

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this leasing company that has cost me both time and money My main concerns 1 False Advertising- The vehicle was listed as in stock on their website- After signing I discovered this was not accurate- One month later still no vehicle2 Poor Communication- Kept moving the delivery date- Now telling me to wait another month- No clear explanation for the delays- Lack of transparency throughout the process-Still waiting for refund-No reply to my emails3 Financial Impact- My current vehicle continues to depreciate while I wait- Losing value on my existing car daily- Unable to make alternative arrangements due to their promisesWhat particularly concerns me is that they allowed me to proceed with the lease agreement while advertising the car as available only to then reveal extended waiting times This type of misleading practice is unacceptable for a professional leasing company The company needs to - Update their website to reflect actual inventory- Improve communication with customers- Provide compensation for delays and misrepresentation
