Awesome device
I ve suffered from sleep onset insomnia for as long as I can remember and the Dreem 2 headband was the missing piece to help me cure it I went from struggling for over an hour every night to fall asleep to reliably sleeping within 20 minutes of choosing to go to bed It feels like a superpower I m writing more about how I did it on my website You can probably find it by googling my name and the word sleep

Everything is great I really like how precisely Dreem measures my sleep but sometimes there is a signal loss - I won t figure out why I m putting everything on correctly Although it would be great to see brain activity not only during sleep but also during relaxation It would be great to choose the option of turning music on when I wake up at night not only when I am falling asleep Maybe in the future it is possible to expand the range of programs for example not only cognitive-behavioral therapy but some other practices from the act of therapy metacognitive therapy - just to give a choice

Very helpful product
I want to share my experience with the DREEM 2 Headband This is my first review on Trustpilot First I want to say that the support team is great I had a few questions about the DREEM 2 and they were always quick and polite The device itself is great it s very comfy and really easy to handle and charge but the device comes with a whole experience the app is intuitive and shows a lot of information I love the cognitive behavioural therapy of the whole experience It has completely changed my sleep to the better within two weeks of use which I never thought possible

Dreem Band is accurate Suitable for Sleep Restriction Therapy
It s a good experience After a bit of adaptation to wearing a device on your head the data and reports are helpful but more importantly there s a program to help get better sleep
