SCAM Stay away They ll charge you 30 and you won t hear anything from them I didn t receive any confirmation of my payment and still have not heard anything from them They said 24-48 hrs it s been past that

this is a scam if you don t believe the 1 star reviews the lack of 2 3 or 4 star reviews should be a give away that the 5 star reviews are either employees or paid for

False Company or Just Bad Customer Service

I have done two separate applications and paid the application fee I received a confirmation email both times but that was the only correspondence I received from them There is no number to call and emailing proves useless as well I recently sent an email only to receive an automated response This was the response Thank you for contacting Flex If you are an existing customer please contact us using the support email provided in your welcome email for any assistance regarding your current application For all other inquiries regarding a new Flex lease please visit our Support Center for answers to the most frequently asked questions Please note that we do not offer live support for non Flex customers at this time but our comprehensive support resources should address most questions and concerns Best regards Flex Customer Service Now I have read the responses to the negative reviews If I filled out the application improperly or if I was denied due to poor credit shouldn t you be sending out some kind of correspondence to let people know what is going on Let the person know their application is incomplete or that they were denied due to poor credit Why let people continue to submit applications Are you content with taking people s money and not delivering results This may not be a scam it may be a legit company If so there needs to be some serious work done in the customer service department and the entire website needs a revamping You guys need to get it together or shut down

Are they still in business

I have been trying to get two separate cars listed for days I have emailed customer service a few times There is no number to call No one gets back to you I wanted the cars asap I have no idea if they are even available I am not even sure if the company is still in business I made not one but four different inquiries on four different cars and was charged 30 four different times I received four different automatic emails saying that my application has been received Since then I have not heard anything back on any of them This is a scam Do not use it this site

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

I applied on their website paid the 30 application fee and received a confirmation email from them saying they received my application That was back on July 18 2024 it s now August 1 2024 and haven t heard anything back from them I have tried to contact customer service to no avail you send an email to their customer service email address listed on their website and all you get back is some automated response that doesn t address what your original questions were There is no phone number listed to try and contact them

This is a scam my credit is a 800 and make 6 figures a year And told me that I had poor credit history insufficient income limited credit history And turn me down lol Do not pay the application fee it s a scam

Scam same thing happened with me 30 charge my account and no contact do not use this company there is a flex lease website but it s not this one with the rainbow logo

Scam Not a real company

I paid the 30 application fee and received an email two days ago with nothing in the body of the email only an attachment that is unable to be opened The attachment itself is an error file I log into their website and it said You ve already purchased a vehicle with us Please contact customer service The 888-203-0589 number it listed for me to call rings to a completely different company who has no idea what drivewithflex is DO NOT use this company They ll steal your 30 and you won t hear anything back
