First Class Service

I have recently purchased a house at Calderwood Village and cannot rate Gail highly enough From the very start she has made the buying process very easy and has kept me up to date with the progress of the build all the way through She has gone over and above to help me and answer all questions I would happily recommend Gail s services to anyone looking to buy a new build I can t wait to move in

Like most householders who experience issues with new builds we are no exception Erin has been superb in dealing with our issues and there has been many and still are She is so quick to respond very professional and even apologetic when things don t work out I hope Dundas recognise the qualities of Erin as she is an excellent co-ordinator

Very happy with Customer Care

We bought our house almost two years ago and as first time buyers felt we were treated very well kept in the loop by Janice who is an absolute star Admittedly there have been some snagging issues and attached to that some communication issues which at times have been frustrating However the treatment I ve received from the customer care team has been outstanding Erin in particular has been excellent She is a true asset to the company I am basing my 5 star review on her professionalism We had problems with outstanding snagging items and with contacting outside agencies which was a bit stressful and Erin went above beyond to sort it all for us which I m very grateful for

Dundas forever home purchase

My husband and I have purchased a Dundas property which we love The service we have received throughout the process has been excellent This extends to the whole team from Irene in sales who supported us through the buying process Pat site manager who went over and above to get us into our home on time Erin in customer care has always been friendly and efficient in responding to any queries we have had In addition all the tradesmen that we have dealt with from painters to joiners etc have also been very friendly and professional
