Quality home great after sales service

We moved to Pace Hill Milnathort 1 year ago and we love new our house and the development - a lovely community and beautiful surroundings A big thanks to the Customer Care team in particular Erin who has been really helpful in sorting out a the few snagging issues that we have had With Dundas we feel we have a quality home and have confidence that we are being looked after by their great after- sales service

Thank you to Linda for the excellent service we received when purchasing our Dundas Lewis home at Calderwood Village Linda has been an absolute star from start to finish Supporting us along the way keeping us fully updated and helping us with our choices and extras ensuring we had time to get them right and we were 100 happy with them all We got our keys on Thursday and to say we are delighted is an understatement Thanks to everyone at Dundas for building our dream home Linda we can not thank you enough for making the process so enjoyable Tam Paulline Callum Aaron and wee Miko x

Great service for first time buyers

We started the purchasing process of our forever home back in September with Laura She has been nothing but accommodating from reservation to handover and beyond As first time buyers we had many questions that Laura was always happy to answer Once we received the keys we were handed over to Derek and the customer care team although Laura has assured us she is only a text away Derek and his team of contractors have been so speedy getting some minor snagging sorted for us We have heard some horror stories about buying new builds but we have had the most seamless experience and have no complaints Thank you Laura

Great company to deal with girls in customer care are always happy to advise and help you best way possible Always happy to try and accommodate you when needing works or snagging done They are always pleasant and a special mention for Erin who has been brilliant when dealing with all extra works that you need done from getting you booked in to getting other company s to call you to get works done exceptional customer service

Absolutely delighted with the service my parents have received from the team at Dundas It s been a long journey for my parents but Dundas have been supportive patient throughout it Property is great with very little snagging which Pat has dealt with quickly efficiently Would absolutely be happy to recommend them to others

Just moved in to Uphall Station 2 weeks ago From the time meeting Janice in the sales office last year to now she has been ever so helpful and should get a pay rise Site manager Davie is also very helpful and supportive and assured me on any snagging issues will be taken care of a really good experience so far

We have recently bought our home at Uphall Station Village Fantastic location about 5minutes walk from the station - you can be in the heart of Edinburgh in under half an hour from locking the door Janice and co are always incredibly helpful and welcoming She made the sale process very straightforward There is great finishes on the building and you can see the care in the attention to detail
