Small order - delivered with fantastic customer service

I recently placed a very small first order for replacement headset earpads with Duplex Corporate Communications My order was placed quite late in the day and I received it very early the next day Even though it was a very small order Katie and her colleagues organised everything for me within minutes of contacting them The online web chat worked flawlessly where many companies similar systems have led to nothing but frustration and disappointment I cannot praise the company highly enough I cannot recall ever having received better customer service than they provided even though my order was very small No other company has ever come close to them in my opinion It is all too common for companies to promise to look into something and call back only for that to never happen not the case with this company and that in itself means a great deal to me Not only were they very efficient at dealing with the order but when I had a follow up issue they pro-actively provided a solution without me having to request it Without a doubt I found dealing with Duplex Corporate Communications a pleasure They will certainly be the first company that I contact for my future requirements for comms equipment
