Excellent customer service replacement under warranty I had an issue with my Jabra 4 Elite where one of the buds had stopped working and was not charging I contacted customer support they offered technical support and then referred me to the department for replacement under warranty All people I communicated with were competent and helpful The process for replacement was relatively easy and the time to receiving my new pair of Jabra ear buds was really fast I will definitely purchase again and recommend Jabra to friends

Mike M and Julian M were over and beyond phenomenal taking care of an order for the new Jabra Elite 8 Active I made a mistake ordering them engraved and after a phone call in panic mode they were able to cancel the order but the buds were delivered the next day I called Mike this time Mike and Julian worked together and granted me a forgiveness order I was ecstatic when I learned I could keep them I love the Jabra Elite 8 Active I still have my Jabra Elite 65T Active so I knew Jabra is the best already The 8 is even better I am very impressed with Jabra and the Mike Julian team Thank you again

Excellent customer service Recently had an issue with a faulty earbud while it was still under warranty I contacted customer support who were extremely helpful and prompt offering suggestions and clear steps to reset the buds and update the firmware Their responses and suggestions were concise and quick When none of the suggestions worked they sent out a replacement within a few days They could not have been more helpful This is how you do customer service
