Can t even provide normal customer

Can t even provide normal customer service D Company is a joke and their phone is always full They lost my package and refused to do anything about it because its not in their interest to care for their fault

Lousy service

The package was not delivered as advertised The package is simultaneously available at two different sorting terminals in different parts of the country Customer service is overloaded and cannot be reached which is understandable If possible choose another supplier

In Stockholm they fail miserably

In Stockholm they are pure s t because they ve paired up with Premo 162 some bulls t company that hands out newspapers They have left packages in the wrong post box for 2 seperate deliveries These have names on them how hard can it be And now they have not been able to find my address which other delivery firms have been able to do 50 times this year Completely incompetent

I received it but

So delivery to the door is BS they just drop them in the building on top of the postboxes If you are lazy do not work at early bird If you are stressed well I don t care if your bosses have not put in time for you work it out with them Next time my package might not be there cuz it was open to anyone since it was in the front door of the complex

I haven t received my package

I haven t received my package And there is no information in the description on where they could have delivered I live in an apartment in a building and there is nothing outside my door or outside the building The customer service is not responding been trying call for 2 days now

I was supposed to receive my delivery

I was supposed to receive my delivery on the 13th of March On 13th of March I received information that my delivery has been delayed more information will be soon then since the 14th of March it has been at the sorting terminal in Stockholm It is the 18th of March and I haven t received more details It is impossible to reach out to them through the phone

Lost package and no responsibilty

They said the package is marked delivered while it is not The support is not doing anything about it they dont even reply in a timely manner Update after earlybird reply I did contact customer service so many time they were supposed to tell me where they dropped the package but they did never got back to me ended up me loosing 1000SEK

One of the worst customer service ever

One of the worst customer service ever they leave the parcel during the sleep hours and they don t care if the parcel is missing or if someone else has taken it

It s really bad They are saying that the package is delivered But its not 2 times I get resend package with details with andress and the same So so bad Worst delivery No comment where they are leaving I seem so stupid to the company that I have to complain that i didnt get package Terrible

They dont reply to emails and dont update the status of your delivery

I was tracking a delivery that was expected to arrive on th 31st of March Because I was not going to be home on the 28th of March I send a message saying that and if it was possible to deliver on another day or what could we do since I was not going to be home I get a response back in Swedish Hej Tack f r ditt mejl Jag ser att det tyv rr ligger en f rsening i din leverans I detta l ge har jag ingen mer uppdatering n att vi jobbar p att leverera ditt paket s fort som m jligt Jag ber dig avvakta 3 arbetsdagar terkom till oss om paketet inte kommit fram Jag beklagar f rseningen av ditt paket That translated answers none of my questions Its a completely unrelated answer saying theres a delay with your delivery To which I get very confused And I reply back saying well thats not what i asked and not what I see on the tracking so is there a way to deliver on another day To which I never get an answer back To make things worse on the 30th of March I get notification saying delivery failed Not on the 31st as it was planned on the 30th Since then no reply back Phone does not work and emails not a single reply since I have no idea where my package is and they dont care to answer
