Bad service and accountability

I don t know how they did but they put the box in my mailbox and I couldn t take it out It didn t fit I told my boyfriend to try later but I couldn t do it I don t even know how they did to put it inside really

Package was left on top of the mailbox

The package arrived but the disregard for the customer and lack of any help from Early Bird about tracking and contact if a parcel would go missing or stolen after delivery is just horrible The company even states if the name is not a match or something is wrong with the delivery address the package will be returned to the sender completely disregarding any accountability that they have to get the package delivered

Package was left on top of the mailbox which is out on the street for anyone to pick up 10 meters away from my door which is out of view from the street Also delivered a day late The plus side was the early delivery I work nights and get home at 4 30 and it was delivered at 4 45
