Earlybird never deliver

It s great when the package actually is delivered Most of the times the packages have been outside of my door as they should and in perfect condition but there s happened a few times that the parcel disappears or is delivered to my neighbors who doesn t have a similar name so it can be a reading mistake they lived above me too and once i called the customer service and they didn t even know that early bird delivered before 7AM and just told me to wait the remainder of the day for the package to arrive which isn t so great

Earlybird never deliver The log that an attempt has been made but they never did the logged attempt No business should use them and no customer should buy from a store that do not give alternatives Edit We did get the package with some delay Why log an attempt when they did not try to deliver

Normally this is a good service but this time was a disappointment as my text message said your packet has been delivered when in actual matter of fact early bird delivered it to another house different door number totally different to mine

I really like how they deliver early and send a notification when delivered it makes it less likely a neighbor might steal it
