The actual delivery was perfect Completely silent Suddenly there was a parcel outside my door as if teleported there And no having to worry about the intercom which is nice The only reason there s not a 5 5 score here is the parcel tracking system Borderline useless and seemingly confused with itself Normally you get a notification sms or otherwise when delivery is complete but I got nothing they sent me a tracking link via sms so it s not like they didn t have my number And despite having already been delivered the tracking on the website claims it s still at a sorting central but also that it has been delivered So Maybe add an option to the whole tell us what floor you live on confirmation thing where the customer can specify if they want a notification sms when delivery is complete If I could get notified when the parcel has been teleported outside of my door I would be ever so happy

Unfortunately didn t find my 2 parcels even though the status of delivery was confirmed Pity I ve been loving using EarlyBird service UPDATED - the parcel came to my neighbor s mailbox The issue is solved Thanks

The delivery on your part was efficient but overall parcel took a bit too long I placed the order with Apoteket on the 8th of December 23 only to receive the items on the 14th

Said it had been delivered when it hadn t Have already contacted customer support and is waiting Edit Issue was resolved within a day and packaged has been received
