AI Review Summary
Based on 118 reviews
Early Bird receives predominantly positive feedback for fast, reliable, and silent deliveries, with many customers appreciating early morning and precise timing. Several reviews also highlight consistently good service across numerous orders. Conversely, negative reviews point to failed deliveries, packages marked as delivered when not received, and poor customer responsiveness. Some users report damaged packages, incorrect deliveries, and inconvenient handling such as packages left in unsuitable locations. The discrepancy between successful deliveries and reported issues is reflected in the mixed ratings.
