My package is delivered at 4 40 and ive been notified at 7 So this package is not infront my door anymore because some dear neighbor has took it

Extremely bad Customer service I didn t receive the parcel they said they had delivered Send customer service an email and they replied with absolutely no responsibility and told me to contact the seller Send a another email og and then another No response at all So 500 kr out the window and no help from Earlybird se Thanks for nothing

Bad company and poor customer service

My parcel number was 00373325384902226661Such a crap company They texted me saying they have delivered the parcel in my mailbox and I checked immediately and didn t find anything They have very poor customer service they lost my package and I ve been attempting to reach out to them Once an exclusive answered my call and she has documented the complaint haven t heard it ever since Tried to send several emails without success I don t recommend them at all

Didn t receive what was promised

I wrote the address to my house including house number and the name on my door and they still couldn t find the right door and instead sent it to a pick up location I ordered my package on Thursday last week and payed for it to arrive on Friday morning but it wasn t sent until Monday and would arrive on Tuesday if they had found the right address

Part-2 review The customer executive named Emelie decided to send my package this time to another city called Lulea when I live in Malmo What kind of people does this company employ I can t believe how of bad company Early Bird is They never answer phone calls They take forever to respond to emails Don t recommend at all

Can t even provide normal customer service D Company is a joke and their phone is always full They lost my package and refused to do anything about it because its not in their interest to care for their fault

The package was not delivered as advertised The package is simultaneously available at two different sorting terminals in different parts of the country Customer service is overloaded and cannot be reached which is understandable If possible choose another supplier
