The airport staff were all great even though it was not notified that my Travelling Companion was Disabled struggled to walk help was on hand the special assistance attendant on the way back was fantastic would not even accept a small tip

Yet another fantastic experience with the Meet and Greet for just a little extra than parking your own car 2 miles away catching a coach every 10 minutes Airport is as always clean and tidy and well staffed always a pleasure to start your journey from East Midlands

Great improvement since last visit

Last time we used the airport there was still work going on This time it was pretty much complete We us3d the meet and greet which was excellent The experience within the airport was also very good Easy to navigate through and movement through security was easy too

Car park well sign posted the busses run every fifteen minutes so you re not left hanging about A smooth run of the airport from dropping off the luggage to going to the gate There was plenty of staff on to keep the flow moving quickly Overall a pleasant experience

I had a very good experience flying

I had a very good experience flying from East Midlands airport and using the car park there It was contained and easy to park with a short walk to the terminal The airport was clean and the staff were patient and helpful especially in the security section were normally you are made to feel stupid or as if you are doing something wrong The toilets and facilities were clean and the baggage arrived very quickly both flying out and on our return I would not hesitate to use this service again and would definitely recommend the airport services to others

Easiest and convenient always greeted by very friendly staff changed my reg No but not vehicle my fault wasn t a problem all fixed in the office without any fuss wouldn t use anywhere else on the road home in under 45mins from aircraft touching down what more could you ask

drop off and collection of car painless and stress free with welcoming staff our return flight was delayed but on phoning the office was told no worries your car will be ready and waiting half expected an extra chage for the lateness but told no and given my key very organised and will use again

East Midlands Airport - As you expect with a less busy airport to some of the bigger ones everything runs wells from carparking to get bus to and from terminal getting through checkin and onto the plane without any issue or delays certainly prefer to use this airport again than the larger ones
