Way above expectations

Having read a lot of the reviews i was absolutely dreading going to stansted airport but from the guy at valet parking to the time back at valet parking it was faultless ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful the man that took my car at valet parking was friendly and had a great sense of humour the lady who sold us goods in duty free the restaurant and everyone else but especially the guy at border force who was polite and patient with us as we ve never been there before I would like to say thank you to all of you

Nearly missed my flight AIPORT STAFF saved me

I would like to thank the two staff that escorted me through security and helped me get to the my flight on time The lady at the front of the barriers and the gentlemen at the security point You were so kind caring calm and considerate to my situation Gate 83 flight to Cork 12 20 9 11 2019 you know who you are

Brilliant turn around So happy

A few years ago I witnessed disgusting behaviour at that assistant area I think in 2017 But am glad to say that this has changed so much you have experience friendly helpful staff who are smiling even with the early mornings When I made my first review it was young staff who made fun of people with additional needs acting loud like in a school yard But now I would like to say that now it s all changed thank you for this amazing service now

Fantastic Stansted Airport

Fantastic Airport easy to book parking buses run very regular to and from the terminal Once inside very easy to navigate around to find check in desk check - in was hassle free and security is what it is I d rather take a few extra minutes being fed through security knowing that they are being scrupulous and efficient Then off to the departure lounge where you have everything you need before boarding

Great airport

Really enjoy flying from Stansted - one of my preferred UK airports even though it s a good two hour drive from where we live We ve found check in to be quick and efficient same with security Great range of shops and restaurants Meet and greet parking is superb - right outside the terminal building Check in and check out quick and easy and the staff communicated superbly during our 24 hour delay due to storm Ciara

Booking a parking slot is so easy I had to cancel my booking and booked it all over I got my money back for the cancelled booking straight away So just find your car park which is very easy to find go on holiday and when you come back you just leave the car park The gate will open automatically if you have already paid for it And also no problem with the airport itself -

Security staff were friendly and helpful

Yes I went on holiday 2 weeks before the Easter break which has obviously caused massive headaches and misery for many However I complimented the security staff for their pleasant good humour and the relaxed way we were treated as we went through security I did have a body search underwired bras ladies seem to cause a problem for me and I did forget some of my stuff and had to go back for my watch which was still in a plastic tray Noone was stroppy with me or shouted I am sure it s different at peak holiday times but my experience was much more pleasant than at other UK airports
