Great from start to finish Every person I ve dealt with at Eaton home improvements has been excellent Love our new doors Customer service and fitters are brilliant wouldn t hesitate in recommending and using them again in the future

Where do i start Not only did they come out prompt to measure up and take the order but they kept me informed throughout The quality is fantastic and the service post installation has-been fanstastic so far Definitely a recommend

Great Service and Prompt Delivery

Whilst renovating a couple of old farm buildings we have had issues with other window and door companies and been let down badly However the service we have received from Eaton was excellent and prompt We are very happy with the quality and the service we have had We would highly recommend this company and in our opinion the fitting and finishing has been to a very high standard Thank you for your professionalism and support Mr and Mrs Brown

We ordered a pair of french windows

We ordered a pair of french windows normal opening out windows and two doors We are extremely happy with the products service and price We went with Eaton because the whole team came across as an engaged experience We felt a part of what they advised and felt listened to what we wanted They worked really hard to source what we wanted at a fair price as we were adamant on a particular style door The Fit The surveyor came on the third day of the go ahead day and the installation was efficiently carried out over two days 4 weeks after we signed up Honestly we are so pleased with our decision to go with Eaton We have no gripes no criticism just excellent neat workmanship and service

A very friendly and professional service We had a quote given for a replacement conservatory The person who came out to see the space was extremely knowledgeable and had some very good ideas on how we could improve the conservatory in terms of size Energy efficiency and aesthetics We got three different quotes in all and Eaton Home Improvements was competitive Now we just have some thinking to do and saving up -

Just received my FENSA and energy and

Just received my FENSA and energy and certificates Eaton Home Improvements have completed a first class job First we had grey windows to the back and front of the house installed followed by a wide composite door and cladding to the front Eaton provided an excellent service on the whole and throughout The communication was excellent especially with Emma who immediately responding to all of our questions and requests The installation has already made such a difference to the temperature of our home It s so much warmer Matty did a very neat and tidy installation The quality of the installation was second to none Mohammad Saghir

Wanted to replace my garage back door from a wooden one to a UVPC one Eaton sorted it all out from start to finish Really great client care throughout a professional job done and really pleased with the outcome Would definitely use again Mo the sales rep was really helpful and Emma the customer services person was a pleasure to deal with

I am glad I chose to go with Eaton Tony Alex have just spent the last couple of days installing my windows front back doors They have been very efficient The sales rep was was professional knowledgeable and friendly He helped us make the most of our budget The windows are very high quality I have received numerous compliments from my friends family The installation was seamless and efficient Thank you everyone at Eaton for your great service Would recommend

Eaton saves the day again

After my previous pleasant experience with Eaton I was not hesitant to contact them again I received another quote for two roof lanterns and two skylights and found that Eaton Home improvements were the best when answering my questions and queries I opted for the Korniche system and I am over the moon with how the job has turned out to be especially in the time for Spring and Summer 2022-can t wait to do more business with you The best part was how they installation took a day and just before Xmas Thanks Eaton
