Again customer experience issues
Have used this bike for years w no issues My subscription recently auto renewed but not on their end even though I showed proof of my payment Over 2 weeks and still my subscription isn t back on A simple flip of the switch to make me a valid customer again and they still can t do it Ridiculous customer service and they clearly need a new software that appropriately updates a customer s status when the pay for a yearly subscription They just keep saying you re in que How many subscriptions did they mess up

Horrible experience
Horrible experience do not even consider buying any product from this company The customer support is the worst I have ever experienced They get your money and don t give you a product When you call about it they read from a script the same line over and over again about how the issue will get escalated in 2-3 business days which never happens This company should be shut down for stealing and lying

Horrible Customer Service
Horrible Customer Service After 2 years of using and loving their service they just shut-off my access without warning When I finally got help from their customer service 2weeks later their only answer was that I needed to pay more To the tune of an additional 20 per month No other recourse and no sorry for not notifying you These types of reviews I assume are pouring in since this company clearly has issues Stay away from purchasing

Difficult to cancel beware of broken cancellation page
Very easy to sign up very difficult to cancel I tried online many times and the link is simply broken They make you either call or chat with them if you want to cancel You better pay attention if you think that doing it online will do the trick and as you may end up paying for the auto-renewal you tried to cancel altogether Deceptive practices

This app sucks with the recent changes to their music service Cadence is off playlist does not show the music described is not what gets played The product is expensive plus the fees for the subscription I feel taken advantage of

This is a SCAM company
This is a SCAM company Never buy their products they will do anything to unknowingly charge you I got billed for something never got any receipt any notification any option to cancel When i noticed the amount posted to my credit card I immediately asked for it to be cancelled and to get a refund and they refused Can you believe it

If I could rate zero I would Do NOT do business with this company HORRID customer service I purchased a bike 3 months ago and haven t ridden it once because it doesn t work They will not provide service except to send parts- except on 3 occasions they sent incorrect parts Then they offered a replacement but sent an inferior model and provided no compensation Still no resolution

Echelon decline
Stopped using the bike for a bit due to injury Just logged on and the interface is all different I was trying to find the old classes I liked and they are all gone Looks like they changed something about their music provider and maybe that s why a lot of previous instructor classes are gone Very little choices on classes and instructors I tried one of the classes left and canceled in middle of class Looks like the issue might be they couldn t keep the popular instructors maybe money issues So if you are giving customers less content why not lower your price of membership

Don t buy Only bought as cheap peloton alternative Used to be able to use bike in freestyle but recent update to app makes this significantly harde App now minimises your metrics while forcing adverts down your throat Junk

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service Friendly yes Helpful or effective absolutely not I have 3 different scenarios - 2 the wrong equipment sent And one they illegally charged me for equipment they have not even started selling or is in inventory They charged me Dec 31 and Jan 8 told me they didn t have it and planned to send it sometime in Feb First time I learned the equipment I ordered had not even been released The rower I liked but not enough to have no support when needed I definitely think everyone should stay away from Echelon
