i have two tickets for the same day i need refund for the first one

i bought a first ticket and i couldn t find my reservation number KB98CP I contated a lady over the chat online and the lady told me the shop did not get throught so she recomend me to buy anothe ticket so i did it and i have a new reservation number VYXYCG so right niow i do have two tickets under my name PEDRO ROJAS same day same flight so i do need a FULL REFUND for the first ticket than u for your help

Second try on contacting eDestinos

Hi there After my previous post I received and automatic email stating that you eDestinos would get back to me in the next 30 days after my flight and again I m posting in this forum since it seems to be the only way to contact you I need to change a flight FLL-EWR under order n mero de pedido PVYIETG I need that flight at the same time a day later Dic19th in stead of Dic18th Please contact me ASAP with my options Thanks in advance

Flights Canceled

Flights CanceledI have had several flights canceled in Argentina that I have booked with Edestinos Prior to the flights the Argentina border was closed so I submitted my on line forms canceling due to CV19 Still no response two weeks later Realize it is a difficult and busy time but had expected to hear something by now Tom

I bought a return flight ticket in

eDestinos I bought a return flight ticket in March Asuncion-Buenos Aires and I have been trying unsuccessfully to reschedule it by December as the airports of both countries have just reopened I have sent multiple emails and contact forms Apparently I have time only until December 31 to reschedule the flights Due to the fact I have not heard from you I kindly ask you to consider reimbursing the amount that I paid or to provide me with a voucher to be used in 2021 Thank you Monica

Refund Not going to happen

My first reservation was alright no complaintments However I booked two more flights domestic flights in Peru but both got cancelled for obvious reasons I made a refund request and got emailed that an agent will contact me After a month no contact has been made I feel disgusted that companies take advantage about this terrible global situation
