I need someone to call me back regrading a reservation change and I cannot get ahold of anyone Its pretty frustrating

I have purchased a flight and my card has been charged however I have yet to receive my confirmation email with my information

They respond but stay surely where their helping line ends My Ticket back to home was cancelled I bought a refundable ticket but I got an answer that the airline has put my full amount into credit I understand its what they would do in current situation as COVID 19 Air Canada has been one of the most unfair Air lines to its customers Edestinos will not internvie due to their lack in strong efforts and that is understandable I contacted the edestinos but all that they said was that the airline said its in credit I haven t still got the account number of the voucher or any instructions how to use the credit Its a very disappointing experience Booking Refrence POU7R3 Air Canada Chile- Tallinn 30 03 2020My advice is to hilight that In Emergency case the customer could most of the cases lose their money Its a cheap travel agent and so has to be understood to purchase tickets on your own termsI m too scared to lose my money again like this

I just booked a ticket with them from Bogota to Medellin via Avianca and the confirmation number is not recognized by Avianca I am wondering why that is happening Maybe it didn t go through

I am writing this as we sit on the runway in Bogota On the first leg of our trip I was impressed by edestinos service We were given everything we expected and paid for ie electronic check-in and carry-on luggage As reflected in my invoice and e-ticket However on this return leg we discovered that our we had no luggage privileges although the e-ticket clearly shows that have I was forced to pay a fee for my carry-on and have the added inconvenience of having to gate check my bag Edestinos was clearly aware that I would be returning with the same luggage I had arrived with but issued me passes whose zone denied carry-on baggage

Me and my girlfriend have tried contacting eDestinos via email and phone with no luck We booked a trip from San Salvador to Cancun and we only have confirmation for the return flight We were charged for the whole amount and we need a refund for the SAL-CUN trip immediately Our departure was scheduled for the 22nd and we still have no confirmation for that flight even the airline confirmed only having the return flight booked for us We demand a refund ASAP since we now need to book a flight on our own Please contact us immediately to resolve this issue Reservation is FPICLOE

Hi eDestinos - I have tried to contact you for many days through your website and I am getting no replies You cancelled one of my reservations and notified me via email took the money and are not replying Please advise who where what number to contact The reservation still appears on my profile

I bought my tickets via e-destination Australia Peru round trip in the purchase I made showed 2 bags however when they send me the ticket after payment it indicates that at one stop it changes to a single suitcase I have tried to communicate with they but their line in do not answer Pity service there is no one to attend me

I posted a review of may the 6th E destinos team contacted me via e mail and reviewed my case Finally I got a refund for the extra charge they had made before on 5 14 So thank you for looking into my case I do think it would be much more convenient if you guys can establish a customer service line where you can be reached at for questions concerns
