EDIT After talking to Aerolineas Argentinas the number I was entering to get the flight details was not the correct one eDestinos give you 2 visible codes but none of them is the airline code The right one is very hidden in an email from eDestinos So I am changing my review to 4 stars not 5 as they could improve this I bought 2 tickets from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia on Saturday 30th November At first I was impressed with their website and how good and usable it seems I work in tech so appreciate these things It was also the recommended ticket agent by Google Flights However after I bought my tickets I try to go to Aerolineas Argentinas to select a seat and it couldn t recognise my booking I emailed eDestinos but no answer for the past 2 days I tried again on Sunday and Monday and it does recognize the booking number now but it says the reservation is not quoted Please contact the call centre I would email eDestinos again but given that I am still waiting for the previous reply and seeing the reviews here where people did not have their reservation finalised when they turned up at the airport I m a quite nervous

Horrible I bought tickets for me and my sister today and couple of hours later I noticed they canceled the reservation it seems they stole my money no number to communicate no email nothing I feel so mad right now that I wish I were in Peru to suit them UPDATE That was my original post after buying my tickets it took about two weeks to fix the issue I sent them several emails and messages to the facebook page and they answered me couple of days after the money was refund They told me it could take about 1 month to get the money back but It happened in about 2 weeks Thanks

I recently purchased two tickets to Guadalajara but much to my disappointment mistakenly booked them for the wrong day After scouring their website for more information on how to cancel my trip and request a refund I was finally able to figure it out and left them a message through their website I heard back within 12 hours and they were able to issue a full refund to my account however the refund may take up to 30 days to post so I will update again if I do not receive a refund

I bought 2 tickets recently and i have been charged by eDestinos and Avianca separately So now i am paying double the price It s been a month and they give me no answer They are impossible to contact I paid eDestinos so i dont get why i am being charged directly by the airline Update After a few weeks from this post they ended up refunding the extra charging It would be nice if they added an easier way to contact them like a live chat or something similar for solving these kind of problems faster Its only fair that i update my review from 2 stars to 3 5 4
