Bought a flight with them in Peru because their price was way cheaper The carrier Peruvian airlines went bankrupt a month after my purchase Edestinos refunded the money of the tickets back to my credit card if these guys were shady they would have kept the money and they didn t I trust them

I bought a ticket with this agency considering the favorable price but then entered in panic when reading so many unfavorable reviews However at least in my case such fear proved unfounded I bought a ticket Madrid-Porto from Costa Rica and in the end everything worked out fine Initially our bookings did not appear on the airline s site but after sending messages to the address provided everything was resolved promptly and efficiently I recommend eDestinos without reservations

I purchased a ticket online trought edestinos website then they send me an email to let me know that the offer i bought was only for Argentinian citizens since i am not Argentinian they canceled my purchase and returned my money without even ask them to do it Our only comunication was by email I had never have to call them All the process only took me 6 days until i got my money back to my account Good costumer service
