Each order comes with an invoice that has an extra perk you won t normally find on an invoice because all they really are is a proof of sale and what you paid for each item you bought These awesome guys at eil take the time to actually sit down and type a brief description of the history year and pressing of the album on the invoice These are people who go the extra mile for their customers And they know and I know they don t have to do that and that their business would still do great if they just did the bare minimum Pack your records and put an invoice with purchase info in the box That s all they are really required to do when someone makes a purchase But to take that little extra initiative that might seem benign to somereally means a lot to me It has caused me to keep the invoices too Something I d normally throw away They answer all my inquiries and emails in a very timely fashion and make sure if there is a problem it will get fixed Customer service you don t really see on my side of the pond
