Terrible service

Terrible service When you need to ask they pretend to be busy or they say it s not their department And when you spend bunches of time to find what you needed they surround you to get you in the cashier Recently they haven t even offered their help We were with the baby and what they could do only to ask -ayuda -siAnd she ran away without any ayuda I needed to carry all my stuff alone The problem is that they think their job is only to take your credit card Thanx to this service we bought in IKEA the cupboard cheaper n higher quality then in el corte There we didn t get any service because the sellers run away if you don t buy But they have to understand before to buy customers ask One more problem they don t speak English Well they think they are bilingual but they know only hello n good bye And when you speak Spanish with them and they see you are a foreigner they are frozen they don t want to listen to you and understandNow all things we buy in other malls and stores until it will be fixed we hope it ll happen 1 day and sellers will make their job properly And if smth is broken u r f cked up because you ll have to fight with el corte for months to forse them to fix it by guarantee insurance So pre- and post-sales service is 0

Poor customer service from El Corte Ingles

I ordered a PC from El Corte Ingles online just before Christmas as a present for my husband The PC arrived on 21st December as promised The PC was unpacked on 9th January on out return from holiday in UK The VGA and HDMI ports were found to be not working so I rang Customer Service and requested assistance I was informed I would be called back from Technical Services This did not happen Further calls and emails with apologies and information that the issue was passed on to the relevant department take me now to 26th January 2018 Perhaps El Corte Ingles should rename Customer Service to Pass the Buck Service My experience of El Corte Ingles has always been of Quality Service Alas I am now very disappointed and I am seeking a way of resolving the issue I will certainly think twice before purchasing again from El Corte Ingles

Very weird business

I ordered two products becasue the prices were nice and only after I checked the Trustpilot my mistake Then when I saw that it might be problematic I cancelled the order from the account - which was a nice option and I got the confirmation that my order was cancelled But the pending PayPal transaction was not cancelled by ElCorteIngles - either they do not know how their system is not so advanced to do that or I don t know Now I am going back and forth with ECI and PayPal to release the pending funds which to my shock none of them can help In the worst case scenario they will be blocked for one year and then I can have the back for an order I have cancelled This is a very shady business I would not order from them ever again

Very delayed delivered part of order

Everyday we were told that we would receive the delivery the next day without it showing up Upon delivery one item was broken it has not been refunded and one item package was badly damaged Still one delivery is missing

Irregularities

If you buy on their web site you MUST pay up to 5 eur for delivery or you have to collect at Correos or Hipercor stores Not in El Corte ingles and you have to pay additional fee Many products are not on sale They rise prices and then make you thing they are cheap as 20 off The so called days with no VAT is total RIP OFF Double check before buying Good thing is that you can return everything with money back

Bad customer service

Delivery time was fine but for a LEGO UCS for 565 I expect a package that protects the box inside so that it s not damaged but it was According to customer service there is no discount for such a case and no exchange If I want to send it back I should pay the return costs myself Bad customer service

Tried shopping online from UK and despite offering free delivery to various European countries when I tried to check out there was only Spain and Portugal available as options I e-mailed and received a standard your message will be forwarded the right department response I waited over a week and nothing so I chased it up and guess what - received another your message will be forwarded to the right department They clearly don t want my money so they re not getting it

I m so disappointed of post buy service The store is in 7 Palmas Las Palmas de GrancanariaWe have the guarantee warranty for a vacuum cleaner BUT they don t want to do anything they give us wrong numbers of repair service then they promise to call themselves and never do they don t want to take our broken item as well as provide us with a master who has to repair for free coz we have all required docsWe lose time n patience

I purchased plus membership from El Corte Ingles I have made several orders and only half the items were ever delivered Refunds are only issued AFTER you contact them And the reason I get is that a mail attempt was made No attempts are made as there is someone on the premises at all times I would say there is no point becoming a VIP as no customer seems important to them

Non qualified employees

Women in aspiradora department are horrible They don t know about products anything Moreover she was insisting that it doesn t have remote control which has They can t recommend They can t solve any problems concerning goods They want only take your money They think it is only their duty On the official site you can t complain but they say they want to improve theirs store Aha Yeah yeah
